We had a banner emergency and were GUARANTEED by another company that there was absolutely no way that any company in SF could get a banner done in our 4 day deadline. If I could rate this less than a one, I would. It was in my lease agreement that my landlords would pay for my outdoor signage. The first month after getting my signs installed, I got a bill via email. I called and spoke with Fast signs and they said they would send it to the correct place. The next month I got a bill again showing it was past due. I called again and they said again it would be reset to the right place. 4 months later the issue is still going on. Only this time I get an email back after I emailed them saying this isnt the right place to send it asking me to go over and ask them why they are not paying their bills. I am not sure when I signed up as a bill collector for another company. I confronted them about it and my landlord says. I forgot all about it, we never got a bill for it and I meant to ask you a while ago if you paid for them and we needed to pay you back. The lady was so rude to me the last time I spoke to them. Also, they told me they would come and fix my order sign in December when the put it up because it was wrong. It is now almost August and no one has shown up. We just called again on Monday and they said they would have someone out that day and my sign still isnt fixed. All about the sale with no follow through.

We have been doing business with Fast Signs for at least a year, and we have spent the last several months trying to complete a simple request for replacement parts for our outdoor flags. The initial conversation was very kind and helpful, and we were told the parts were under warranty and would be no problem to replace, but 3 months and several phone calls later, we still do not have what we need. Phone messages are not returned, and when I spoke with the manager/owner about the issue directly, he told me to take my business elsewhere and hung up on me.Throughout the last few months, I only called once every couple of weeks to check on the progress, though we needed the parts in August, and I was never rude. Being hung up on was completely uncalled for and confirms that we will no longer do business with nor recommend Fast Signs to anyone in Sioux Falls.
