Have purchased a variety of products which are great, but this review is based on customer service/support. I have dealt with these guys on a few occasions. Non of which have been positive. I just spent 20 minutes on hold, only to be greeted by a guy who made me feel like I just ruined his day. Very condescending. Then I was transferred to sales, and it was the same treatment. These guys had no energy, zero positivity, and were defiantly not eager to please. The other reviews say otherwise, which makes me very suspicious.
