Not on time, terrible communication. You name it and it was bad.

Absolutely the WORST when it comes to getting your deposit back and contacting. I have tried multiple times to contact, Shane says he will refund and never does... even when there was no reason for not refunding.... the experience itself was great, good bus driver, clean bus... but do NOT expect to get your deposit back.....

They called me on my wedding day stating the bus I had reserved was broken down. They said I would receive a discount on a backup bus that was still great. This bus was disgusting, I didn’t even want to get on. All the way from the ceremony to the reception the main door wasn’t all the way shut... safety hazard! They were then going to charge me the discounted rate which was not what this bus was worth. Never will recommend them to anyone ever.

An hour before arrival they explained they did not take checks or cards. I understand checks bounce, but I was not aware of this before and explained that I would be paying with a check so, we had to scatter up a lump sum of cash quickly. No deposit was given back and we had everything cleaned by the end of the night. Driver was rude. I will not be booking with Innovations for services again!

The night of the party he insisted on cash so that you have to Scurry to get the money.... He conveniently did not have a way to give a receipt. He knows you are stuck.. Doesnt give back the $160 deposit and will not answer phone calls after he has ripped you off. The only person that gave him 5 star rating was HIMSELF! Shane H is a con artist and thief. I wish I would have seen reviews before getting involved with this horrible company and its owner

Rented a party bus from these guys back in the winter of 2013. The door wouldnt shut so I had to hold it the entire time - mind you this was December. I froze! Driver was nice to chat with but would highly NOT recommend.

I wanted to get a party bus for my birthday so I called to get a quote. I probably called over 5 different times left voice mails and no call back. If your looking for a bus I would go with a much more professional company that shows they at least want your business.

The worst company I have ever ever ever worked with. I have been on the bus multiple times the last several years and every single one of my friends who’s rented it doesn’t get their deposit back and there has never once been damage. If these thieves don’t already have a lawsuit up against them they’ll be having one soon because stealing the deposit is one of the many illegal things they do. Save yourself some money and frustration and pick a different company!!!!

FIRST OF ALL- I would not take that 5 star review below from Shane Hyronimus into consideration because he either owns/drives for the company.Innovation Party Buses is a very unprofessional company for the amount of money they charge. Rarely ever answered our phone calls before the night when we had questions and instead sent us a text an hour before we were getting picked up.They require a $150 deposit for possible damage/trashing of the party bus (which is understandable) BUT we did not trash the bus or break anything so I was assuming we would get the deposit back. They will not answer/return any phone calls, even after leaving voicemails.Not only that, at one point in the night, my group of 20 was left at a bar because there was something wrong with the tire. They said because of the inconvenience (and leaving us in the parking lot for 45+ minutes) they would work out a deal with us.Its kind of hard to work out a deal when they dont respond to any phone calls! VERY unprofessional party bus business. If you are going to spend that much money on a bus- research it and go somewhere else.

Rented their big white bus for my 21st birthday and had a great experience! I will be using them again!!

Wow... the only people who gave them a good rating are:Colby... who is shanes (owner) cousin and driver.Trevor (tj) estenson... who is his friend...and Shane Hyronimus himself... who is the owner... gave himself 5 stars!!

Had the time of my life on these buses more than a few times! Definitely the best company Ive found in Sioux Falls when it comes to renting a party buses!

This is a joke! They totally rip you off pricing is not set in stone from what they say when talking to them. Make sure you get a quote or something emailed to you! They will not be getting my business ever again!

Would not even give them a one start. Distrusting people with a disgusting bus.DO NOT EVEN TRY.BUS had a broken window, mold on ceiling, no A/C, was dirty and smelt horrible.Charge way too much, and when we called to explain how unhappy we were he wouldnt give us the time of day.

This was the worst company I have ever worked with. Showed up over an hour late, wouldnt answer our phone calls when we wanted to be picked up, and very rude.

These guys provide quality service and they are a great time to work with!

Had a kickin time on this bus with my buds thanks guys you guys rock looking forward to next time!!! WOOOO!!!
