Got my eye brows threaded. I have thicker eye brows. Told her I wanted them cleaned up only. She completely made my eye brows almost non existent. Now I have to wait for them to grow completely back to start over.i made sure to tell her clear directions as I know what I want.at the end when I said they were way way way to small And thin(which I made clear not to thin) All she said was I was trying to shape them so I had to take it all away. Never in my life experienced this before. Im in sioux falls often for appointments so was hoping to have this be my go to. But definitely not after this experience.

My favorite place to get my brows threaded! The staff always does a great job!But the reason why I am not giving a 5 star is because I have gone to the salon multiple times around 6-7 pm and the salon was closed. The empire mall has rules, that every shop/salon has to be open during the mall hours. My recommendation is to call the salon if you plan on going to see if they are even there because their hours online are a lie!Update came in earlier and again no one here! Why is your salon even opened if you aren’t here???

I wish I didn’t have to leave a bad review here but I feel obligated to tell others what happened to me. I went in for eyebrow threading, got in the chair, and the lady did my eyebrows. They turned out alright, but then she said she wanted to touch up a little bit on my upper lip, so I didn’t say anything. Then she said she wanted to do my chin while she was at it and proceeds to start threading MY WHOLE FACE. It hurt so bad and I had an allergic reaction (see photo) because she was so aggressive. I did NOT give her permission to thread my whole face, only my eyebrows. I did not stop her because she had already started and I just wanted to shrug it off. But then I was charged $65!!!!! When all I wanted was my eyebrows done (which is $21 and I think that’s high, literally takes 4 min). I was appalled and felt scammed. I’m happy I had this experience because now I know to never come back. I do not appreciate businesses that try to up-sell you to that extreme extent. Sticking to Bliss & Beauty to get my eyebrows done from now on. I hope others can learn from my experience and don’t have to go through it themselves.

Enjoyed going here while it lasted nobody should have to pay 21 to get their eyebrows threaded. It’s a joke they’ve increased their prices by double the amount. This place won’t last long there. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

She was very polite and professional. She did a great job shaping my eyebrows. She was quick and thorough. I have been there twice and both times I left completely satisfied.

I have been waiting a decent place to have my eye brows threaded, this location has not disappointed! Great price, great service. I noticed the lady concentrates on pulling the hair vs threading my face and leaving burn marks like other places have.

Get in quiet quickly. Reward card. However the last time I was there I had a cut from the thread.

This place is very reasonably priced. The employees do a wonderful job of making sure you get what you want.

I love this place. The staff are great very kind, fast, and efficient. I came here to get my eyebrows threaded once a month, came in April 10th price was $12.72 tax include. The reason for my low star count is today 05/18/19 for just threading the price has jumped to $21.00 tax included. I unfortunately didnt know that prior to getting my brows done otherwise would have left. Unfortunately I cant afford those prices monthly. Will probably be every 2 or 3 months if I even come back.

They are not open on week days and you can never even call to make an appointment because nobody picks up the phone.This place needs to shut down they serve no purpose.If your in the mall all you will see is an empty salon with no employees but all the lights are on. Good thing Bliss threading salon is opening I will be trying them.

This place always does a good job of threading my eyebrows. To bad the cost went up to a ridiculous $21. Will take my business elsewhere!

Ive gotten my eyebrows threaded a few times here, they looked wonderful better than any wax ive ever gotten. I have also gotten eyelash extensions and they looked sooo good!! I Have gotten so many compliments on them! Highly recommend this place!!

Use to love this place but on April 26 th and and April 5 th went in at 10:30 ish and both times empty with a girl sitting on her phone wouldn’t look up and said I had to make an appt for after 5. I asked why and just repeated had to make appt after 5. Watched to see if a large group was coming ect... and no one ever came in . Done wasting my time here sad about that they did a great job

I havent personally had anything done here, but many of my friends and coworkers have and they completely loved the outcome. Everything is done well for great prices!

The best place for face threading. The eyebrow tint in great too! They havent disappointed me yet.

Im very disappointed in what I got for what my husband paid for. I have a major special event coming up on September 9th, I was told by the gal that runs belle if I got my eye lashes done on the 25th of August I wouldnt have issues since they are meant to last 1 month before you need to do the refills. I have had eye lash extensions put on from this place before with a completely different outcome it is why I came back!Its the evening of the 29th and almost all of my extensions have fallen off!!!! Not even a week later! I didnt use face cleaner or mascara as I was told not to do last Christmas when I first had extensions put on. Im so frustrated with this, not to mention while I was having them applied the ladies daughter was bumping her legs and screaming! It was not relaxing! I would not recommend anyone to this business 9 months ago yes but not now!I wish I could post the pics of my lashes in the time frame so everyone could see this!
