We first talked to Alex, who introduced Hansons products to us. After initially turning down the upgrade, we contacted him again and decided to go forward with it. He was patient with our many questions and calls, and always responded promptly to any concern. Hes an asset to any project and does right by you.They installed our windows as soon as they were ready, and they are really good windows. They are insulated, slightly shaded, and top quality.When it was time to have our siding done, it was done by a team headed by JC Ahn. They had an amazing work ethic and were at our trailer with the sunrise and worked until around 6 pm both days. They were very attentive, asking questions as they went, and addressed any requested changes with a positive attitude and without delay. The end result is stunning on our old trailer. Ive only included one before picture, as we didnt take many. It didnt look great. It does now!Due to the production slowdown during the Covid outbreak, the siding took a while to get to us, so dont despair if it takes longer than you expect. Its worth it. We are very pleased with Alex, JC Ahn and Hansons, and are looking forward to the gutter installation.(Edit: Please ignore the skirting, its old and were in the process of getting that replaced, too.)

I can’t recommend 1-800-Hansons enough. From the beginning of having Brian coming out to demonstrate the siding products to the installation everything was top notch. I replaced all my windows on my front porch, and Hansons came out right away to give me an estimate, and when the windows came in they set up a time to have them installed right away. They gentleman that installed my windows was very polite, and he did an awesome job. I would def recommend them to anyone.

You could tell he worked in construction previously. He had hands on knowledge of what he was selling. Started working with these guys to repair our roof, Alex has been awesome to work with, so far everything he told me has been true to my knowledge, l got financed easily and we are ready for the work to begin soon. Looks to me from what Ive seen to be a better product line and warranty well have an update later. But all in all easy to work with and have been helpful in the process. Still waiting on a sample for the roof to confirm our color.

Great decision all the way around, we called multiple companies to come out and after sitting down with all of them we decided to go with Hansons as they had the best product, price, and warranty. We had siding, soffit, facia, and gutters done to our house and garage. Our sales professional, Sam, was great to work with and very responsive. He gave us his cell number to contact him whenever we needed. Our workers, Jerell and Dave were also great to work with and very attentive to detail. Jerell also gave us his personall cell number to contact him as well. Due to the Covid pandemic, it slowed our timeline to get the project done, but in the end, we are very happy with the job that Hansons did.

Sam was cool, explained everything to us, was polite and friendly and he was super good with our pets. We are very excited about getting our new windows!After the initial contact with Sam there was a long null. I finally got a text saying my windows were in production and will be installed the middle of May, Received another saying end of May. May 28 I contacted Sam, and he got on it. They finally called and we set the installation date for June 10th. The installer was awesome, on time no issues. We had a ripped screen he said he will put in a work order and they will contact me in a couple days. It’s been 3 weeks. Talked to the receptionist Autum who leaves you feeling like you are bothering her at work when you talk. She bugged me about signing the paperwork for financing, I asked about my screen she said I will put a rush request. I signed the paperwork and asked for her to let me know if she received it because I made an error on the first try she never responded. I’m guessing she got it. Again she can’t be bothered. It’s now June 29th still no screen and no contact. The windows are amazing and I love them, but the whole process was just a No!Right after Justin contacted me and had my screen out in the next day. He was very nice and promt. They have corrected their error and did quick and were pleasant. Thank you!

I would *very* strongly recommend everyone avoid it.[/edit]Two windows were damaged during installation and another has a significant leak that I got to learn about during a storm. After realizing the leaking window had no caulk applied, I noticed the caulk applied to the other windows was the wrong color and another window had two pieces of casing overlapping rather than one continuous piece.One of the windows was measured incorrectly so the installers modified my house in order to make the window fit.Two months later and the problem still hasnt been fixed... and none of my messages/emails have been returned.On my most recent call, I waited on hold for ten minutes before I got someone who I could barely understand (and who could barely understand me) because she wouldnt turn off her fan, which was apparently blowing across a speaker phone. She put me on hold for an additional 40 minutes before forwarding me to some random extension to leave yet another message that will likely never be returned.So... damaged windows (still not fixed), shoddy work, and non-responsive/unprofessional customer service.> Michael, thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have notified our management team to review and address your concerns.Re: That doesnt seem to have done any good.This company is proof that enough advertising dollars will make horrible companies look like they might maybe care about some amount of quality.

Great bunch of people from my first contact with a salesman to the installers and customer service. I would definitely use them again.Had Hansons come back for additional work, again a great experience. My installers were awesome they listened to my questions, needs and requests. They were professional, courteous and respectful I definitely would have them back again.

The installers were fantastic. The only issue was the original time that was scheduled for our install, nobody called and it had to be pushed back two weeks. The products are great, the service is good and the actual install only took 2 hours to complete.

We purchased an old house from the early 1900s that really needs new windows. Hanson’s set over Alex to speak with us and he was great! I can’t wait to get this started!

The salesman was good but everything else was bad. The communication was terrible. It took far too long to get the tiny gutter project done. Every time we tried to contact anybody it was an incredible headache. We were a small project so it definitely felt like we were put on the back burner and forgotten about.There are better companies out there for sure.

Theyre awesome. We got our windows installed before they were expected. The guys that installed our windows where so polite and cleaned up before they left.

We recently purchased an old farm house that needed some updating. We talked to a couple other companies for windows and didnt get a real comfortable feeling with them. 1800Hansons sent us Alex on a Saturday. He was wonderful. He went right to work measuring our windows & explaining the process to us. He was not at all pushy or made us feel rushed. Alex did did not push the unnecessary items on us. Update to original review. Our roof took 3 weeks to finish vs the 3-5 days we were originally told. That is the only big complaint because I run a daycare in my home so the noise for that long made things a little chaotic for us. The crew and project manager were very nice and our roof looks great now that its done. All of the wood ended up being replaced, we werent expecting that but at least our roof doesnt leak anymore (started doing that while we were waiting for our project to start). Still waiting to see how the financing stuff pans out.Will change my review if my views change. Our roofing project was supposed to start 2 weeks ago. Its supposed to start tomorrow now but the project manager said probably not. Sales rep told us they only replace wood if its rotted, our project manager glanced in the attic for 5 seconds and said all of the wood needs to be replaced because of spacing. I have messaged multiple times with questions with zero response. Sales rep also told us things that the project manager says are not accurate. Im hoping this all pans out ok but so far am not impressed.

The contractor Hansons sent out to do the work made this whole job happen. Lorena explained the situation, what led up to all of the delays and the fact that when Lorena and her crew were finished with the reroofing we would be more than happy (150%) with the job completed. There were numerous delays, emails telling us that the crew was on the way when in fact no one showed up at all.The communication between Hansons and us was unacceptable. We had to initiate everything that we needed or information as to how the project was progressing.Again, we believe that Lorena was the person who calmed everyone down and made the project go smoothly to finish.

Updated Review.....Our siding project has been complete a week after finally getting a hold of someone! It turned out absolutely beautiful and we are 100% happy! The contractor crew was some of the best guys we have ever had work on our home! It only took 3 days to get everything done! Thank 1-800 Hanson’s!!!We placed our order for siding on April 6th with a very nice young man Kyle. He was awesome, we would not have ordered it had it not been for him. We were so excited to update our home and the benefits outweighed the cost. However. as of today July 2nd, 2019 we still do not have our new siding! This project is costing a small fortune, literally thousands. Something a private contractor told me he could do for half the price. The scheduling department has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. After several phone calls to the company I was hung up on and lied to saying they would check into and get back to me. No one had ever once called. Left a message for the manager and no response. Sent an email today and within an hour a very nice gentleman called and promised to get the job done this weekend. My faith is very low in the entire company and process at this moment and feel as if we have been scammed. My excitement is long gone and now it is just pure frustration and regret.

Within a month we had on new roofs (house & garage), 14 new windows in our house, 3 windows and a door boarded up with insulation and sheetrock in, plus siding on house and garage with gutters and leaf guards on both!!! We are extremely happy with the new look!!! We also cant praise our contractor, Jor-el Battin (and son Kel-el) enough!! He is a 10 star man on the job!!! Called them about getting an egress window installed and was told they only do a minimum of 3 windows. Not sure how many people get 3 egress windows installed at one time, but if you do need 3 then give them a call.

The scheduling process was a little tedious but the crew that put the new siding on our house was fantastic!

I had Hansons team complete a total soffit coverage with the invisible vented materials and full coverage of the overhang associated with my guttering. I was lucky to have my job scheduled very quickly because the materials I chose were all white and existing in the available inventory. My team included foreman J C Ahn and his team included two very hard working partners Kwang Kang and Shan Yi Jin. This team has worked together providing quality siding work for many years and their hard working efforts and exacting attention to detail resulted in an excellent finished product. I was very impressed with my crew but it was especially nice to be able to discuss my project priorities and concerns and to have the team address these issues quickly and competently. My project was completed within one day and the crew was friendly and responsive to my comments and questions. I can say without any hesitancy that I know that they will continue to work hard and with quality to all future Hansons projects! It was my pleasure to have this great team complete my home repair project and I know that they are highly motivated to work their magic for you! Many Thanks!!
