Rented in Tea and was the worse renting experience I have ever had and Ive rented for about 15 years. I could not wait to end my lease and get out of there. Absolutely horrible management. Property is cheaply made and maintenance is a joke. (Oh and be prepared for them to come in whenever they want) Cops always there for those who are reduced rent or state assistance. Constantly raising rent for ones who pay full price yet have zero amenities or take away ones they use to have like assigned parking. They do not care one bit about their tenants. They only care about getting as much money out of you as they can. Have caught manager in several lies. I advise you to look for another property because you will regret renting from them. I will never rent another costello property again.

Just got notice that our rent is being raised AGAIN in January. This is the 4th time in less than 3 years! Being mid-lease doesnt matter, either. They can still raise it. Considering that these apartments are supposed to be considered affordable, and what point are they going to price themselves right out of business?

Easy parking. Looks great in the mixed use area.

I moved here from MN August 2016 to watertown SD. Told everything that needed fixing in apartment would be done right away before we got more stuff moved in including carpets shampooed prior to move in...well carepts were never shampooed. Still stunk like prior persons dog pee or cat pee carpet did and waiting 6 months later for any of the agreed work to be done. Get notes almost daily from apartment people as others that live here cant follow rules. Others complain about work not getting done. Only have 1 maintence person for 168 apartment style town homes??? Should have 4 maintence people so work gets done. This is my 1st and last apartment. Worst ones ever. In MN this wouldve been shut down within the 6 months i have been stuck here. Constantly listening to others in apartment around mine as its so noisy can hear every word spoken. No one does anything to get it sound barrier or insulated better either. Course apartment people allow a man to be in apartment that isnt on the lease and dont care it seems. O then we my mom and i were overcharged rent for 3 months before it got changed and got that credit back. My mom has lived in apartments before and said this is the worst one she has ever been stuck in and hates it here just as bad as i do. Cant wait to buy a house and get out of here.
