Terrible; I called to inquire about skip tracing and I wanted to know what databases they rely on to find people. I think thats reasonable since I would want to know what Im buying before I buy it. I want to know that Im going to get results before I just give a man my money. Its called due diligence. He claimed that its a secret and he couldnt tell me because he didnt even know who I am. So I told him who I am and what my interests are, and he said Sorry about that. Are you serious? Then he hung up on me.
