Back when this was total card it would have easily gotten a 5 star review. My fiance has worked for (Total Card) now known as Vervent for 5 years. When Vervent got the company they took away shift differential pay, have mandatory overtime of at least 8 hours, and no regular wage increases.

This place is a scam.. its a credit card company and they steal your money.. I have a complaint filed with the BBB and Im taking them to court.. DO NOT GET A CREDIT CARD with this company!!!

Long story short; YAMAHA credit card company accepted a check payment from a third party (dealership) that clearly noted it was a payment for a loan with YAMAHA. A separate account. They (credit card company used by YAMAHA) refused to refund the money back to the dealership so that it could be applied to the correct YAMAHA loan account. The address for the YAMAHA loan company is incorrect on their website which initiated this mess! So YAMAHA get it together! The company you use for your credit cards are scandalous and lack procedures to double check monies received and applied to the proper accounts. TCI, how can you accept a payment clearly from a third party (dealership) and not verify that it is being applied to the correct account? If that is not bad enough, then tell me that you dont have a way to refund the payment or contact your accounting/finance department because you dont have an email or a phone number for them? Seriously?

I worked with the company as TCI, Vervent took over in December. I have to say there had been done growing pains, and a few changes but its too be expected. So far I am enjoying working for the company just the same.

Im just going to click them all. Jefferson Capital placed an account on my credit. I contact Jefferson Capital and they gave me the number to Total Card. I called Total Card and spoke with Peter #C18 who stated that my account was charged off and that the Jefferson could not sue to collect the debt. My question is, if Jefferson can no longer collect on the debt that was charged off, how did they put it on my credit and why would a 3rd party be involved to collect the debt and why can I not pay directly to Jefferson since they are the ones reporting the debt?

The new building is very well designed. It would be a very nice place to work.

Have worked for great companies in the past, unfortunately I cant say same about this place. If need medical benifits then this isnt the place! If you are an single parent with state benifits then this is for you!

Money order machine never works and the customer managers just dont care

This business and its practices are a stain on Sioux Falls. Have been harassing a previous employee with cease and desist letters for leaving honest reviews.
