The back of our house has very high soffits that wasps like to live in. Ive had to call them out for two different areas this summer and both times they fit me in within a day or two. Ryan explained what he did and found after each spraying. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Called to have a wasp nest removed from our shed. The nest was quickly treated and they removed all that they were able to, and the technician even plugged the hole where the nest was. He also found an additional nest that we were unaware of and treated and removed that as well. Very impressed.

Wasps are a-holes...my Truly Nolen tech....was NOT!I actually had to reschedule my appointment due to weather at their suggestion since wasps like warm weather and we live in SD.The guy that came out his name was Ryan and he was very straightforward with me about how he was going to tackle my wasp problem. A raccoon went under our deck, next to the foundation and died, The smell was getting strong in our house. Ir was 18 feet in and the equipent didnt reach far enough to grab hold and pull it out. Top notch service. Reasonable pricing. My basement had a serious spider problem - So much so that we had a bat come through. We have voles problem in our lawn in the spring where they dig our lawn and ruin it. Truly Nolen placed boxes in strategic locations around the lawn with poisonous bait in them. They come once a month and replace the chewed up bait. Voles eat the bait and leave and die in the green area behind our house.They are friendly, professionals and have reasonable prices.

I had called them to take a look at our house for a bat inspection. With in a week altogether inspection was done, put up bat doors and cleaned up anything that was needed. While exiting I-29 to Benson, which has a single left turning lane, one of Truly Nolen vehicles passed me on my right and almost hit me. Passing someone when there is no passing lane is illegal and passing on the right is reckless. When I called to report the reckless driving to the company there was a 26 minute wait time to speak to a human being.

We dealt with Ryan due to a flea infestation in our home due to pets. Him and his team were exceptionally prompt, very thorough, and guaranteed their work. We have security cameras in our home, and were able to see them working while we were away. Their attention to detail, while no one was there was fantastic! We witnessed them remove all couch cushions, move furniture, lift furniture, and went over spots that were high activity multiple times. We appreciate the honest work! They gave recommendations as to how to prevent future problems and were very fairly priced. We would highly recommend!
