The Sioux Empire really is spoiled with such a great HBA that works seamlessly with local government, the homebuilders, and community members to continue guiding Sioux Falls from a local city to a regional metropolis.

HBASE is excellent resource/database of all varieties of construction professionals.Theyre great at giving back to the community as well as advocating to improve the building industry in our area.

The HBA of the Sioux Empire is one of the largest HBA’s from over 700 local chapters nationwide! That is a true testament to how strong this organization is. They are very involved in the community and strive to do everything possible to promote and advocate for the home building industry. A great group of people to work with!

The Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire is a wonderful resource not only for annual events like Parade of Homes and Home Show, but also for educational offerings to its members. As a 30 year plus member, we know first hand that our HBASE will have up to date information regarding code changes, legislative updates and any other homebuilding related topics.

This is a great organization that sponsors many events throughout the year to benefit the building industry and homeownership in the area.
