Carla was my hair stylist and I literally just received the BEST haircut of my entire life! She took her time and was extremely detail oriented. I showed her pictures from the Internet of how I wanted my haircut and she matched them perfectly! Carla is literally the best hairstylist ever!!!!

Phillip was able to trim my hair right away when I walked in. He is super friendly and kind. He did a great job informing me of things and trimmed my hair perfectly. Will likely return in the future. Thanks Phillip!!

I am only living in Sioux Falls temporarily but desperately wanted to get something done with my hair. I had been to a Regis salon in a different town once before and had a good experience, so decided to give this place a shot.I can honestly say I had by far the best salon experience of my life here today. Stopped in a week earlier to hopefully talk to someone to figure out exactly what I wanted to do and to get a quote on price. Despite being the only one there and with another customer, Lizzy was still super helpful and friendly so I set up an appointment with her for today.She recognized me immediately when I got there and was so upbeat and excited for me to be there. It made me even more excited to get started. The entire process to do everything took almost 5 hours and she was so positive and energetic the entire time. She did a really good job of finding things to talk about the whole time so it was never awkward or boring.I went in for a balayage and a haircut, and I left with a balayage, a hair cut, plus more. AND for cheaper than what she quoted me originally. Truly amazing service.I wish I had another reason to visit again before I move.

I went in for a trim, asked for a half inch to be taken off. She took off three inches of my hair and cut it unevenly. She put product in that frizzed the ends of my hair. I spent $35 for this haircut and had to go get it fixed from a trusted cosmetologist. I will never return to this store nor will I recommend it to anyone. The manager was not willing to give me my money back or admit that they had ruined my hair. If I could, I would give them negative stars for this review. Highly do not recommend this salon.

I stopped by the salon on my way out of the mall to find out pricing ...was quoted $86 for a color and highlight...so I make an appointment for the following Monday. The gal was friendly and very professional I also opted to color my eyebrows which I knew would be extra and got a haircut imagine my surprise when she tells me my bill is $181 I paid the bill and left I did not too and I usually tip 25% but felt strongly the gal should have spoken up about all the hidden fees. If you cant be honest you dont deserve a tip.

The lady who did my hair was nice and kind. but the thing was that she told me it would be about $90 to dye my hair and give it a little trim. i ended up spending $130 instead of the $90 i was told. that had me pissed. she did a great job but it was not worth $130 ill tell you that.

I’ve always gotten my hair done here because I’ve usually always worked at the mall or near it, but my goodness has this place let me down the past few times. I have extremely thick hair and I always make sure to ask they thin it out properly. Half the time they just don’t listen but that’s my only complaint about the actual haircuts. The main issue is the customer service. I usually work until 7 or 8 o’clock and I have come in to get a haircut with no one around and 2-3 workers all doing nothing and none of them have time to give me a haircut. I would get it if it were once but it really just seems like they are just avoiding taking haircuts for the last hour they are open. The final straw that broke the camels back was that I needed a haircut and I was finally able to get time to get one but we just got a lot of snow and I didn’t want to drive all the way there. I called and said I wanted to cancel my appointment. They didn’t even ask me the time or my name and all they said was “mhm yep bye” and I began to object and they just hung up on me. After 4 years of going there I am never going back

I have to give 0 star but without 0 star I can’t post my review, I tell to my friend to go in shop and ask for haircut , but the lady works in the Regis she said were are about to close , then I check my cell phone time it’s 8:02 pm, then after 1 min I call from my cell phone she pick up phone , I tell her that what time u close then she tell me that 9 o’clock pm , then I tell do I need any appointment, then she tell me that I have more appointments so it’s not possible...... but I check the shop no one in Regis , that’s horrible experience, never go there guys

This is now the second time Ive walked in at around 7pm on a Saturday night and told they were booked for the night. Booked for 2 hours straight with no availability for a simple haircut? Sounds like understaffed to me. Ridiculous. If this is the kind of customer service I get trying to get service, I can only imagine how bad it is once you get in.AVOID AVOID AVOID.

This place sucks. My wife went to get her hair straightened and they fried it all the way up to her ears. So much for 3 years of growing her hair out. I never see her cry and shes in tears. Stay away.

Went in for a trim and they completely messed up the fade, and took off a lot more than I asked, I wear my hair in a side part and they left it looking like a mushroom shape, and took off too much for me to fix it elsewhere, forcing me to let it grow back out.
