The people are friendly and, generally, services like oil changes are quick. But after a few visits with some issues with my car, I don’t feel confident bringing my car to this dealership for service.My car was having serious issues with the gas pedal not responding and cruise control suddenly deactivating, they told me it was the remote start I had installed. So I got it removed and the issue persisted. I took it back and they couldn’t tell me what was wrong.The issue continued for a few weeks, my car was nearly unusable and completely unsafe to drive. Unfortunately, Vern Eide Mitsubishi couldn’t provide me a solution.I’m now looking for a different brand of car in hopes of a better dealership experience.

Trevor was very professional and honest. As A general rule I find car salesmen pushy and relentless. I really want to avoid them. As we entered the show room Trevor stood up and came to greet us. We were immediately comfortable with him. He answered all of our questions and provided us with information about the current inventory. He earned not only our trust, but our business and respect. I purchased a 2019 Nissan Titan over Labor Day weekend. The sales and business management staff (Matt and Jesse) were very friendly and accommodating and since I live over 300 miles away, Matt offered to meet me at Vern Eide Motors in Sioux Falls, SD to sign paperwork, etc. The only downside (this was an oversight - human error does happen) was the passenger side fog light had been removed and the new one had not been installed yet. I discovered this error after I was over halfway home, thus Im making arrangements to have it installed at a later date. The truck is amazing and is, by far, my best purchase to date from any dealership in my lifetime! This is also my 3rd purchase from Vern Eide Motors and that says something right there! Car ready one day earlier than promised. Turned over clean and washed. Body repair on my 2020 odyssey was immaculate. The repair was covered by the at fault driver’s insurance and Vern Eide made the process seamless and effortless. The van needed an oil change too so they did that for me as well. The only thing I wasn’t too crazy about was the loaner van smelled a bit like an ashtray and probably needed the brake rotors serviced.

Matt has been very patient with me the last few months. After going through a divorce and trying to get my credit back up. He helped me find a vehicle that I loved that was in my exact price range for cost, down payment and monthly payments. It took a few tried but we got it. I highly recommend him My nephew went and bought a brand new car a day later after I told him about my experience. It was quick and simple and also wash my car which I liked the only thing that bothers me is my sister-in-law has an Audi and shes also leasing hers but when she comes in for any maintenance its for free its didnt charge her so why am I getting charged?

I have less than good credit. Ive been working hard to repair it and build it back up. I went into Vern Eide with low expectations, as in the past Ive been denied over and over from multiple lenders. I had specific criteria in a vehicle that I needed. Matt worked hard to find me something I liked, that I could afford, and fit what I needed. There were a few things wrong cosmetically with the Outlander I purchased, and he and the manager went above and beyond to make it right and fix the issues. With this being my first experience in financing a vehicle, they made the process easy and relatively stress free. I couldnt be happier with my purchase, or the experince.

I called about a vehicle that was advertised on the website, and actually is still advertised as available, and had one simple question that should have taken but a few minutes at most to both research, and then to return my call. Since the first person couldnt be bothered to call back, though he of course stated that he would, I called back the next day and spoke to someone else who apologized profusely for Slacker #1 and advised he would certainly get back to me. Of course Slacker #2 lied to me as well and never called with the answer to my question. Now several more days have passed and - well you guessed it - crickets. People like these two are why most car salesmen are so universally and deservedly reviled. Ponder this: if theyd lie about something as simple as returning a phone call, then - well - Caveat Emptor.

I was impressed that they knew who I was without asking for any information. I let the service person know that I had a leak in my right front tire and to please check it.
