Scott and Holly were both lovely and extremely helpful in evaluating my life insurance needs. There was no pressure to purchase a more expensive policy or heavy-handed attempts to cross-sell or upsell. They were also very patient with me when I admittedly was slow to complete my phone interview and then again when I kept flaking on stopping to sign some papers. Highly recommend.

I discontinued my insurance with Scott Nowak in July. I called the office and said that as each one of the 3 policies ended in July; 7/6/2020, 7/7/2020, and 7/18/2020, to stop any further payments. I then was charged for the 1st insurance on 7/6, which I had the bank stop payment. Eight days later, i received 3 checks in the mail for a total of 50.97. When I called the office to inquire why I got these checks, I was told they discontinued my policies on 7/7/2020 as I stated, which was not my original request. I was then driving my car without any insurance which should have ended on 7/18/2020, but this agency ended on 7/7/2020. I am now being billed and threatened with collection agency for $40.58 for the 1st policy that should have ended on 7/6/2020. Do not work with this agency. I inherited then when my original agent retired. they are inept.
