If we pay for them to do the taxes wouldnt they be the ones to follow up with the IRS to see why the refund wasnt received within 8 weeks time? I mean what is the money we gave you for then? Also when faced with a tax question on medical insurance they didnt know the answer. Flat out said he didnt know the answer for sure and asked for me to find the answer and to let him know. What? This is definitely not the company you want to do business with.
