Stockton Towing/Repair is top notch every time I use them. I can make one phone call for an issue and it is repaired very quickly and the job is done correct the first time every time. Why would you choose another company for repairs or towing when in the western part of Iowa. One call and Stockton is on it!

I haven’t had to call Stockton yet but there is a reason for this review. I’ve been dealing with Stockton towing employees for years from the time I worked at a gas station across the street from their location to just seeing them around town. I swear Mark pays attention to detail and chooses the employees with the best attitudes and morals. I have never once met an employee that I didn’t like. They’ve always been beyond kind and funny! These are the type of employees that can change a bad day to a good day in just a sentence or two. The other thing I wanted to mention was their driving, I’m a runner (both day and night runner) and my street does not have sidewalks. I run right along the curb but unlike most drivers, the Stockton drivers ALWAYS slow down and move over a little bit. You can tell that they are always safe and pay attention to their surroundings while behind the wheel. Thank you for being such good people in our community !!!

Ran out of gas in the middle of the 4 lane before the exit to the gas station, luckily one of the guys come up behind me just a few minutes later and had a can of gas on the back of his truck. Added it and called one of his other guys to bring him a couple more gallons just to insure that I made it down to the next exit & fuel station. I hit a deer on the I-29 just 20 minutes out of Sioux City on my way to Omaha. By the time I found Stockton Towing it was already 2am. Thankfully, Trey was willing to tow my car all the way to Omaha rather than having me pay for a hotel in Sioux City and try again in the morning. He got there quick and was both professional and fun. We talked for majority of the ride and it made the trip feel much shorter. Overall, great service and one I didnt expect to find at 2 in the morning.

I can’t thank Dylan enough for getting us back on the road so quickly, after blowing a tire at 3am on I29, 2hrs from home. Thank goodness for guys like him, friendly, courteous and quick. He even helped my get the blown tire into the trunk. Then took the time to notice & warned me about another tire that was not in good shape (thanks to his warning it saved us from another and possibly more devastating incident). He is amazing!! I can’t thank him enough for all his help! Stockton towing hit the jackpot with this guy! I wish we had more of him around Southwestern Minnesota!

All I needed was roadside assistance with a tire change, but the woman who showed up was there rapidly and did a very good job. She professional and friendly. It was easy to pay using their phone app and they documented everything that was done thoroughly with pictures and then sent it to me in an email. Price was fair and I had no complaints. The best part was the high level of communication using text messages and phone calls, i knew every step of the way where she was and what get timeline was too arrive. Great service.

HUGE shout out to Stockton towing. We had a homeless person who slept in our parking lot, and accidentally got high centered on a curb in our driveway. I called Stockton, and asked if they would do a charity case, since this person was down and out on his luck. They had no problem helping. There STILL is kindness and compassion in the Siouxland area!

Got a flat tire one night and they sent Jodi she got there in like 10 minutes and she was very nice fast and professional she knew what she was doing. Even had special lug nut caps so she wouldnt scratch my new truck rims since I just bought the truck earlier that day.

Very Grateful that we were helped out. Got a flat on the way to celebrate Christmas with family. Found out that my spare had a flat too so had to get a tow. Chris was prompt and even offered to drive us a little further so that we would be closer to our destination and our ride didn’t have to drive as far.I know it’s not easy to have to work on Christmas Day but Chris was very helpful and we were grateful for his professional assistance. All around good experience despite the circumstances!

On saturday night my car broke down on the bypass, Roadside assistance sent out nick, roadside assistance sent him on a goose chase but nick called me i explained where i was and he was there within 10 minutes. When he got there my brother was there to pick me up and i explained what happened, he looked under my hood and seen that something with my belt, after looking, he seen the belt tensioner was broken, the part was on the ground. Gave it to me and im thankful that he was there to get my car home and help me understand what it was so i didnt junk it. Thankful for someone with knowledge

The other night I was traveling thru Sioux City, IA and earlier in the night my wallet was stolen out of my truck from Kansas City while I was at a rest stop. I got to Sioux City and I ran out of fuel, I called roadside assistance and they sent out Stockton Towing, I was please to have met a driver named Nick H. , who explained to me about what roadside service does and only gets 2 gallons of gas. I was stuck without a wallet and no gas money, Nick asked where I was traveling to and I told him that I had to get to Mankato, MN. Nick went to his tow truck, made a phone call and came back and told me, I have had it paid forward for me before so here is the cash that I have in my pocket, it might not get you all the way home but it will get you closer to home. I looked at him and asked for his info and he said just pay it forward. So just wanted to share my experience that it was great and he helped me get closer to home.

The other night I called to get my Toyota Camry towed as I didnt know what was wrong. My insurance company was going to pay for my tow, But I had the pleasure of meeting a very nice driver names Nick. He got there and asked me what was wrong, I told him it wouldnt start. He was polite and said lets see if it just needs a jump, he worked his magic and told me that all it needed was a battery. So he got it going that night and I replaced the battery the next day. If I would have had it towed into a shop it would of cost me alot more then just a battery. So i just want this company to know that driver is very smart and will help out when someone is in need. Ive been in the wrecker business for 15+ years and have dealt with good to great companies and some really bad ones that where in it just for the money. Stockton Towing by far ranks up at the top. Great attitude towards the customers, treats your vehicle like its their own and knows what they are doing. The owner is a great person to react with unlike some company owners. Stockton Towing always go above and beyond to get a job done and will not stop until it is. They are reliable, fast and trustworthy. We have used them for our trucking business, our pumping business and personally....nobody measures up to them and there is no job too big or too small.
