Would recommend! Professional and trustworthy which is something that is hard to come by in a mechanic.

Requested specific service. Scheduled replacement of a certain piece.They called 3 hours after drop off and asked consent to do exactly as I had asked. I called back an hour later because I was at work. They said they did not have time to do the originally requested service and I would have to do another appointment. Said they didnt do it earlier because they didnt have consent to replace the part I asked.They also offered a ride when I dropped off the vehicle. They complained about having to give me a ride and told me theyd get to it when they got to it. I was late to work but much more so because of this.And I still have to set up another appointment to fix the part I asked to have fixed when I set this appointment up.They also dented my truck and left me to fix it wasting even more of my time

Worst repair shop I have ever been to by far. I would put 0 stars if there was an option. They lie, the woman on the phone is rude and seems like she hates her job. I’m serious save your time and steer far from this place. I’m honest and would never give a bad review unless a business truly deserved it.

Bear with me as I try making a long story short.I purchased a low mileage used vehicle from a local dealership, after having been assured the first and former owner always had it serviced at this dealership, and there was not a single thing wrong with. 17 days later I returned because the A/C blew only hot air. I was told “just a loose bolt”, and given a litany of needed repairs totaling well over $1000, but not one related to the A/C. Yeah! Next trip it only needed freon tipped off, and there was a next trip, and a next trip. Now, a couple years later in for an oil change and the heat & air fan worked only on high, with another estimate for $1100.MACS AUTO REPAIR scheduled me the following day, and called me to say $360 would take care of the problem, called again by days end with a total bill of $280. I don’t need to do the math, I only know it is working just fine.

Declined to work on my car. Not a Mechanic. A waste of time and money is more descriptive of this place. Period. Dont waste your money

Called to work on AC called back 5 minutes out to see if we could park our 14 foot trailer And our truck was told no im not working on it

Did a great job at a reasonable price on my vintage Corvette.

Called and asked if I could get hauled from my home to the dealership and have him give me a ride on the way down. We set a time to meet, and he called ahead to tell me he was gonna be early and when hed arrive. Very quick, knowledgeable, and gets you and your broken investment where you need to go. 5/5 stars to Macs!

Great ExperienceI was traveling through town and started to get a misfire in my engine. By luck or divine intervention I came across Mac’s Auto Repair. Received amazing service today! The technician Mike was very thorough and did a great job! The office manager Mary Lou did everything she could to help me while I was there and was beyond friendly (since I didnt have a ride home so waited in the office)! They do great work but will lie to make more money, my husband took his ford f150 in to have the rear leaf spring mounts replaced and they called a few hours later saying they were very rusted and would have to keep it overnight and charge 4 hours of labor. Well 30 mins later we went to get some stuff he needed for that night out of the truck and it was sitting outside . We figured they pulled it out to do it in the morning and my husband went in to get the key to get in it and he was told it was done but they will still have to charge 4 hours labor ... So basically they knew they were busted . If it wasnt for the fact we were in the middle of moving and needed the truck we would have argued the fact, again they do good work but I wouldnt trust them to work on our cars again because they manipulate there customers to make more money.

They were very polite, fast and fairly priced!! They didnt try to add on a bunch of extra charges! Just did the job and told me what needed to be done and asked if they could do it with the price quote they gave me!!

I had another auto repair business give me an estimate on rear brakes for my Highlander. I thought it was high so I contacted Macs. It was $300.00 cheaper. I had the work done this past Monday. They contacted me with updates and let me know when my vehicle was done. I have been going to Macs for over 4 years now. I trust them and they do all my repair work. I wont ever go any where else!! They also are very friendly, easy to talk to and they explain everything so a non-car person can understand. Keep doing an awesome job Macs! Customer for life!!

Great customer care and service! I took my pickup in with an issue that was hard to diagnose and their mechanic looked it over multiple times to determine what the problem was. They then told it would be awhile before they could get the work done and were honest about why - their best mechanic would not be available for awhile. So appreciate their honestly and their care!

I have a Pontiac Gr. Prix that had an engine fire due to leaking valve covers.I took it to Macs and it needed new plugs, plug wires, valve cover gaskets and other new wiring.Scheduled the appointment and my car was finished within the day. It has run great ever since. I would for sure recommend these guys. Great service, Great price.

I dont recommend this place to anybody, I spoke with them on the phone, asking if they can install my rear air suspensions and they said yes, so I paid the tow company to tow it Macs just for them to say they cant do anything about it.

My Driver and Passenger Windows would not go down, The Motors were burned up in the doors, The staff was very helpful, Mary Lou, The office manager was nice and friendly. I also had an Oil Change done. I am very Pleased with the work they done and I will be back when I need more work done. Highly Recommended!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Dropped my car off on a Wednesday to have a diagnostic test done and was assured it wasnt a test like auto zone does, that it was one done exactly like at a dealership. Well the next day I had no word from them so I called and was told that due to bad weather the mechanic couldnt check my car and that he would call me the next day, Friday, with an update...well I work and am very busy so I didnt notice until 5pm on Friday that I still hadnt received a call from these crooked folks so I tried to call and must have missed them..the next day I tried to call and come to find out they were closed on Saturday and Sunday so they left me stuck with no vehicle the entire weekend...when I called first thing Monday morning I told the man I would be picking up my car after work and wouldnt be needing their services anymore..the man apologized for leaving me stranded the weekend and admitted his guilt but then told me I would be required to pay for the diagnostic test they never ran...Save your peace and leave this place alone!!!

Horrible experience.Im new to town and in need of a new mechanic. Called them up and spoke to a wonderful man named John said to go ahead and order the part needed ($300). I told them that I didnt want to buy it unless they knew that they could fix it. He said yes.Two weeks later my $300 part comes in and I have to leave the country. So I drop my car off there in hopes that itll be fixed upon my return. Nope, Mary Lou calls and say that they cant fix it. That the bumper would need to get taken off. Ive got this fixed before and no one has ever taken my bumper off. She then said oh well it looks like its wrecked... A couple of scratches on the opposite side of what I need fix does not mean that its been wrecked nor should it matter.Mary Lou then said she just cant do the work and proceeded to hang up on me.

Rude is all I have to say. Asked to be quoted a price for heli-coil installation. I knew what was wrong and needed done. Spoke to the receptionist who communicated with owner in the same room. Was told I need to bring the vehicle in to go over it. I explained I knew the problem and solution and wanted a price quote. Owner would not get on the phone or give a price. Explained another shop didnt want to do the heli-coil and still no answer. I know they charge to look at vehicles and wasnt gonna take it in be charged to know what I already knew and not have them repair it. They used to be honest and helpful here. Now my business is with Frerichs Garage. They are amazing! Go there!
