By far the nicest lady I have met. I got a cocoa Brazilian Wax and I loved it! I will not be going back to the Simpsonville location due to the drive but will be checking out the Anderson location. The price was very reasonable for a full Brazilian as well. It was my first time and she kept me calm the whole time and was very polite even though she didnt speak much English. Definitely a 10/10 for her customer service.

From my first visit (which was my first Brazilian), the staff at Rios has always been awesome. Stephania is the best! I have been her client from the start because of her honesty and compassion. Even when I nearly jump off the table she remains calm and reassuring. I see no reason to go anywhere else!

I have been getting Brazilians for years and I have never had an experience as bad as I did at this location. I will not be returning to the Simpsonville location and instead will just drive the extra 30 minutes to go to the Spartanburg branch. I was waxed three times with hard wax and then they went back over it with soft wax three times as well I have never had to be waxed that many times in one session if there were stubborn hairs I would have strongly preferred to either have the remainder tweezed away or just left for me to handle when I got home. The wax was so hot that by the end of the session I was swollen, red and had large welts. It has taken five weeks for me to heal from the initial waxing and from the ingrown hairs caused by whatever method they were trying to use, I have scarred over pretty bad and would not recommend this location to anybody.

I was immediately greeted and didn’t have to wait long for my scheduled appointment. Stefania made me feel very comfortable as I was slightly nervous this only being my second time receiving a brazilian wax. She made this experience as quick and painless as possible. I will be booking with her again.

Was waxed by Elaine and more than 24 hours later I have waxing burns & more bruising. She bruised me when I was there. The soft waxing on my legs was abnormally painful & now I know why. I’ve been waxed many times and this has never happened.

Very nice. The staff was professional and quick. I walked in at 10 am got an appointment for 11am. When I showed up for my appointment the staff were ready. I was out in less than 30 mins getting my back, shoulders and full arms done. Very pleased.

I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted, as well as legs waxed. Stefania is wonderful! I explained how I wanted my brows to be shaped and she made them better than I hoped! I will keep going to let her fix me up!

I am very upset! I made an appointment 2 weeks ago with someone that was recommended to me. I drove almost 30 min and was told the person didn’t come to work today. When I asked why i wasn’t notified if i specifically asked for this person.. The girl said she wasn’t the one that made the calls. I said that’s ok and left. Not one time did she ask me if i wanted to reschedule or I’m sorry or anything to make me feel like they wanted my business!! She did offer someone else to do it but if i wanted someone else i wouldn’t have made the appointment with a specific person!!!

I waited many years to do this thinking it would be painful. Finally I decided to try a spa day and waxing is the best thing I could have done. Sweet staff and excellent service.

In tried someone new because the esthetician in usually go to was booked.The esthetician was friendly, however she wasnt thorough enough. There were spots where there were still hair. She didnt care enough to have an eye for detail, or she just didnt care. She basically was there for a pay check and did not care to put in the effort that is expected of her from customers. Not only that she was very slow. I had was all over me. When I go to my esthetician I usually go to, she makes sure that there isnt any wax left, not only that she applies oil and aloe without having to ask. I will never go to her again. Never. Never.

My name is Autumn I’m posting off my husbands account. I left there not even 10 min ago. I went in for my eyebrows since where I normally go the woman is on vacation. I figured since this is a waxing place I would have no problem at all. So the girl that waxed my eyebrows screwed them up completely. First she had no mirror for me to check them and when I got to my car I looked and there was still hair everywhere wax left on my eyebrows. I go back in and she apologized and was supposed to fix them. She messed them up even more. Wax left all over my eyebrows she even got wax in my hair and left it. I’m honestly in shock. I should’ve went to a nail place because they would’ve done a better job. I showed the woman at the front desk and even she could see it. She said when the owner is there she’ll schedule me and it would be free. I will never walk in that place again. I recommend no one does. No trim, no tweezers and wax left on my eyebrows and hair. She never even wiped over them. I can’t believe it. They didn’t even offer a refund when they seen what she did. BEWARE SERIOUSLY! I could seriously cry right now. This is someone’s face. You can’t mess up this bad. Going to try to get them fixed. Also I told her what I wanted.

This place is awesome. Great customer service and it seems really cute and clean. This was my first time ever coming here, because I moved to SC. I used to go to EWC or Nues in Charlotte, NC and it was good but this place is awesome. I got a Brazilian wax and I basically had to start over & the wax didn’t hurt as much as the other places. The girl that I has was awesome, she took her time and made sure allllll the hair was off. She also made small talk so it wasn’t awkward at all. At the beginning of it (when they make you undress) she even stepped out so I could undress, and that was cool bc all the other places they just stay in there (which is fine, too). I will definitely be coming back! (I forgot my waxers name, but she was tall & had dark hair with colored ends!)

I called today and asked for Jordan but she no longer works here. I decided to go in anyway and it was the worst waxing experience I’ve had to date. I did a quick Facebook search and found Jordan at AO - The Space. She will be the only one I will go to for my waxing services from here on out.

Staff tells you to come at a specific time. Have been waxing with other locations for years. Then asked me to come back 30 minutes later. People have other things go on in their lives besides dealing with an incompetent front desk who doesn’t make appointments after telling people a SPECIFIC time.
