Super friendly and chilling place to go for pool needs. Bonus, they have sale prices and good deals. The service is knowledgeable and they seem to give you just what you need for your water, not extra. Its nice to have gone to two different pool supply places and both have been knowledgeable and helpful and good guidance. Will be back for sure. Oh and bonus, they are usually open when other pool places are closed, which for my work schedule is a big plus!

Excellent staff and management. Store manager gets a perfect 10 for product knowledge and helpfulness. Perfect customer service and one on one individualized service. It would do some retailers a good schooling to see this staff in operation and learn what teamwork is all about.

They talked me into buying power powder in stead of the clor-brite I normally use and my pool is now so cloudy I can’t see the bottom ( lasting days) every time I shock it. Not happy with their suggestion or the power powder.

I needed a part for my in-line chlorinator and Nick was a champ about finding exactly what I needed! Then after I got home I fixed the chlorinator and he was a doll about cancelling the order! 100% great customer service, Ill be back for all of my pool needs!

A huge thanks to Nick and the guys for getting my water balanced and ready to swim this weekend! My water was a mess! They were extremely busy yet still took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly. They were kind and patient and recommended what I needed to do, step by step. I followed the instructions and a day later we are balanced and ready for a pool party! Thanks guys for saving the day and our Memorial Day party!

This place is seriously a joke I spent hundreds of dollars there when I open my pool on opening chemicals hoses vacuum head and various things that I needed everything seemed to be going all right and then all of a sudden my pool got cloudy I brought them a sample they charge me another hundred dollars worth of chemicals I brought it home did what they said weighted the amount of time they said still cloudy went back with another sample wanted to charge me another hundred dollars for more chemicals... How about you honor your word and dont charge us for more when you said the last ones were going to fix it these people do not know what they are talking about they are the least knowledgeable cool place I have ever been to I am sorry I wasted my time energy and money I will never go back there again!

I tried to return a pool vacuum today and was refused because it was over 14 days!! I didnt know we only had 14 days !! I used the vacuum one time , went to use it again and it wouldnt come on. If youre not going to stand behind the products you sell in your store dont sell them! Ive been buying from this store for many years but I will never buy from them again!!! You lost a very good customer!!

Worst sales people ever . Went to look at a spa. Was told they dont have brochures go find them on the internet and they will order it. After buying a spa somewhere else went to look for a booster seat and some chemicals. The rude clerk said they didnt have them. I jokingly responded you guys dont have anything I am looking for. He was so rude and responded its not my problem I dont take care of inventory. I walked out and wont be back.

Do not go in here without getting a lecture on what to put into your pool and trying to get upsold on everything. They will try to sell you chemicals you don’t need....even if the manufacturer says not to use certain chemicals!
