We have used Action for 2 years and I remain impressed with the service. Matt is professional and friendly, great with kids and pets, and obviously cares about the work he performs. All of Actions employees have been great, and they come quickly for free retreatments (included with the quarterly service price) if a new creature turns up. Today it was ants and Matt spent over an hour treating inside and outside the house, including finding a huge mound hidden by shrubs. In todays world, it isnt always easy to find quality service providers, but Action is hands down one of the best.

Very happy with the service and the staff. My Bug Guy was thorough treating to prevent pests inside and outside. Termite inspection and treatment to prevent any infestations went well. Reasonably priced and their guarantee on both pests and termites very good. The pest treatments and termite prevention are separate services but both are reasonably priced. Tracey and Justin were friendly and knowledgable.

I needed help with an invasion of earwigs and they immediately provided the treatment needed and were willing to come out and provide treatment in between my quarterly scheduled services whenever needed. Matt was phenomenal! He was here before the scheduled time and was super knowledgeable. His inspection was thorough, and he explained things very clearly and was fun to chat with as well. I ordered pest control for my sons house he had roaches and fleas, the old guy who came to do the job was smoking a cigarette while filling up the equipment with pesticides he entered the house with a lit cigarette dangling from his mouth he did his job but later that day it was as if the roaches got a second chance at life and was everywhere and not dying I called to discontinue our quarterly contract I was not told of any cancellation fee and was assured that my card will not be debited for future service my son was trying to move because the roaches were so bad but we went with a more commercial and reputable company and this company still charged my card for two months and do not want to refund all of what they took from me and I want all of my money back this service is piss poor and they stole my money without my permission!!

Ive been using Action Pest Services for about a year and a half now. They are wonderful to work with. During the spring and summer, I see a lot of wasps & wasp nests around my front porch and patio. We discovered a termite infestation in our garage that luckily we caught before too much damage had been done. We decided to have Action Pest Services come out and treat our entire house and the infestation is no longer active. We were very happy with the quality of their work/service and feel the cost of the treatment was very reasonable. I plan to continue our termite bond/preventative treatment with them in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good pest control company.

Action Pest Services went above and beyond yesterday to solve a nasty problem at my residence. I had a yellow jacket problem in a retaining wall and your serviceman Jason spent 40 minutes solving this wasp problem (at no extra cost), after which he did the normal indoor and outdoor service. In my opinion that is excellent service and you have my thanks. Kudos to Jason for a job well done.BTW, today I have not seen one yellow jacket along my walkway.

I have had professional pest services in the past. When I moved to the Simpsonville area I needed to find a new service. Action Pest Service has exceeded my expectations. I had outside spiders and had a flee issue in the back yard that were concerning. After my first treatment I have had zero issues. One thing I appreciated was that if I had any issues between sprays they would come back at no charge to correct. Good news I havent had to have them come back between sprays. If you are looking for a pest service I would highly recommend. The staff are very professional and great to work with.
