Cindy performed a First Aid/CPR class at our Spartanburg Facility. As the EHS and Training liaison, I recommend this company as your 3rd party training consultant. Cindy did an incredible job with relaying the information, as well as involving our employees in the class to tailor some of the topics to be site specific. As a former 68W combat medic in the US Army, I was very impressed with her knowledge and experience.The material, and the delivery of the material was excellent. We will certainly be utilizing UniFirst in our future.

Mrs Cindy was not just informative and knowledgeable about first aid she made the class fun to learn.

Unifirst has failed to uphold their service agreement. They have been notified on numerous occasions of the deficits and in a last ditch effort advised that we would owe $11,000.00 if I discontinued service with them due to their failures, citing a year and a half premature of the service agreement end date! I am not legally bound to their service agreement, as they repeatedly failed to provide the services that they agreed too!!! To add insult to injury, after we hashed out, yet one more time, all of their deficits, and had come to a resigned verbal agreement, they pulled out yet another contract advising that I just needed to sign right here for two more years! No thank you! The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over again and expecting different results. Never will I recommend, or make the mistake of, entering into an agreement with a company such as this, that has high turn over, and cannot hold up to their own service agreement.

In my opinion UniFirst is uniLAST. In my extended experience with their service I fi d that they are always happy to provide the shabbiest attention to details and their products. We have received white towels that counted as one but measured 2 1/2 by 3. Our floor mats rarely match and often have different patterns. The mop heads we have been left with are stringy, threadbare and virtually useless. Even though I brought this issue to the representative nothing changed. I can remember a time when hum ground into the mat meant it didnt go out until it had been cleaned and removed. Im guessing those days are gone. Shame on you for letting such an initially fine company turn into the lackluster service you provide now.

The worst supply company to deal with management never gets anything done, workers are lazy do not do what they are supposed to. Fail to bring clean mop heads, clean mats, right supplies. They will slam you full of things you do not need or ordered and drop it off once you notice they say sorry we cant take it back. Do not make the mistake of going with this sorry excuse for a company! Tried to handle stuff with management was promise the world and have done nothing!

UniFirst meets our company needs providing uniforms, hand soap and paper towels. We are well pleased with Justin Boss and his courteous attitude. The company dogs look forward to his visit every Friday.

Our Unifirst guy, Mark is awesome! Always keeps us up to date with schedule changes and is quick to get our uniforms here and always responds well to all questions and concerns

This company has not stood up to our expectations. As a restaurant it is very important that we get the items needed to run our business for example gloves. For 2 weeks we had to run to Walmart to buy gloves because Unifirst kept forgetting them. I called quite a few times only to be told a manager will call you back. No calls back, not to mention the emails to our sales rep with no response. The list goes on and on about the things they do not deliver weekly. Aprons, cleaners, rags, I could literally go on for days. The way they bill, you can not tell what you are being charged for. We have been with Unifirst for 2 years and it is the same thing over and over again. Today I am cancelling everything with them....if I constantly have to leave in the middle of the day to run and get this or that...I might as well just plan on getting everything at once.

Our delivery driver Trey has been amazing, Prompt service and answers all questions asked. Treys attention to detail has set the standard for customer satisfaction.

Sure the uniforms come back clean but out of 5 shirts I got back two of them had 2 buttons, 1 had 3 buttons, and another had only 1. So I had 1 work shirt to wear for the week had I not worn something from home.
