Maxi clean does a horrible job. Called to have them steam clean carpets at my dads house and the technician was only there a total of 30 minutes. Including the time he pulled in to the driveway and all packed up pulling out of driveway. Not once were we told about a 48 hr policy, meaning if we were not happy we only had 48 hrs to call and complain. Unfortunately my dad does not live there. We questioned the tech about some dark spots several times and was told it will dry lighter and the color difference was only because the carpet was wet. We took the guy at his word,so when we were able to go back to the house a week later. We now have spots where there once was no spots, freshly painted base boards are scratched up and have to be repainted, and carpet still looks dirty. When we called Ronnie the owner said there was nothing they would do, and the scratched up base boards were not done by his tech and repeated the 48 hr policy that we were never informed of. So now my 71 yr old father gets to buy a steam cleaner and do it ourselves. Ronnie also stated that the carpets were still dirty because we could have tracked mud in. The pictures of the carpet are after we used their service. The pictures also show the folor if the water after we bought a bissel carpet cleaner and cleaned 1 room, the same room Maxi clean claimed they did.NEVER USE THEM!! GO with a more reputable company.

Tenant arranged for them to clean carpets upon leaving. Upon inspection by me the landlord, I noticed the stairs werent cleaned. I called Maxi Cleaned and they refused to come back and clean the stairs. I do not recommend this business.

Im disappointed. Previous experience with maxi clean were very good. This time technician was preparing to leave and carpets still were dirty. I had to point out to him and ask him to redo.

The worst job ever! The person came out literally did nothing but blew the dust bunnies under the furniture. I called him as well as sent him a picture of the mess he made. He said he would call me back, but Never did. He did the stairwell and left all the dirt in the corners. I saved the pictures for my evident. The pictures you see in their ad is a bunch of lies!!!He only used a hose!

I love Maxi Clean! I use them every few months. I have a very energetic dog that loves to go in and out constantly. Everytime tracking dirt in. She also had accidents during long work days. They do an excellent job cleaning my dirty carpet. I challenge you to find a better service than they offer.

Price I was quoted over the phone was $50+ less than what I was charged. Carpeted stairs are considered a bedroom? (not included in quote). Will get quote in writing next time.

Initially thought it was high priced but tried anyway as Ive tried other carpet cleaners and hadnt been too pleased. They may use a different method (I dont know enough to tell for sure) but they also did more than the usual (encapsulating). Carpet is clean and odorless after drying. They charged us exactly what was quoted. This was on a commercial office carpet. Thanks!

I have used MaxiClean twice they are affordable and both times I had a good experience. The tech arrived on time and he explained what he was gonna do and got straight to work. My carpet looked new and it dried in 4.5 hours and it was fluffy and fresh. I will be using them again next year!

I had a couch and loveseat to be cleaned. It was a terrible experience. I had a stain that was on the couch and the tech Hunter swore up and down he tried to get it out but couldn’t. I stated that the stain had not been pretreated nor cleaned as that section of the couch wasn’t even wet. I also pointed out at least 6 areas where he left water stains but he assured me that when it dried it would look like new.. guess what he was wrong. I called the office within an hour of the appointment and Hunter answered I told him of my dissatisfaction and he said he would discuss it with the owner on Monday. Well he didn’t. So I called the owner and talk about rude he was king of that department. He refused to give me back my money and said the tech would call me immediately to come back out and reclean. Never called back. I would NEVER recommend this company.

Every conversation I had with the company was polite and knowledgeable. They let me reschedule (a little) last minute due to a sudden death in the family.The cleaning took less than two hours and the employee was thorough and pleasant to speak to. It was definitely worth their reasonable fee and we will be using them again. We love supporting small business!

The rating does not reflect their product. It is a feedback on the owner of this company. He is very rude if you decide not to go with his service. He was nice until the point that I changed my mind about using his service. He was mean and kind of scary. If you are sure that you want to hire his services go for it. I have heard he does a good job. But if you are shopping for quotes, dont bother contacting him unless you are ok dealing with his rudeness.

Weve used Maxi Clean for probably 7-10 years for a lot of rental properties and our own personal home and weve been very happy with the service and excellent quality of work. Highly recommend them to anyone!

Terrific job, inexpensive vs. the competition and very professional. Came right on time, finished the job in a little over an hour. Carpets look like new and no pet smell. We have 2 dogs and there were quite a few stains, all gone now. Just $89 cleaned three rooms and they threw in the stairs and hallway for free. Also put down some scotch-guard, no charge. Would definitely recommend!

Ronnie was very personable and worked with my schedule to get a cleaning in before the holidays. The gentleman who came out to complete the work was quick, efficient and prioritized areas that I needed to access first! He got a bunch of stains out that I was sure would live in the carpets forever. The carpets look like new!

I use them about every 6 months. And everytime I think Im going to have to replace my carpet-they make it look brand new! They take their time and do it right. I have used a few others in the past but never had the results I have had with maxi clean.

Company is excellent to do business with. Great job. My carpets looked brand new and I loved the outside fresh odor. Did NOT bother my asthma. My asthmatic friend said their enzyme cleaner, also, did NOT bother her asthma.

I recently had carpets cleaned. My carpets look worse now than they did prior to the cleaning. I called the company and told them I was not satisfied. They explained this is the way it will look after cleaning. It only took them 1 hour and 15 minutes to clean 4 bedrooms and a rug. I feel it was rushed and not thoroughly done. I would not recommend them at all.

I was looking for someone to clean my RV carpet and upholstery, as well as get rid of a very strong dog smell. When I called, I spoke with the owner, who was very straightforward, polite and helpful. He was very familiar with RV cleaning and suggested that we purchase an enzyme treatment to get rid of the dog smell. He gave me a quote over the phone and we scheduled a service call. His son Joseph called ahead and arrived promptly at the arranged time. He was polite, courteous and confirmed the work that was to be done prior. Afterwards, he asked for me to come and inspect the work & it looked great. The major stains were all gone and the RV no longer smells of dog at all! I am very pleased with the company, and want to commend Joseph for his great work. If I ever need to have my RV cleaned again, I will be sure to use them. I highly recommend them for carpet cleaning RVs. (We have all hardwood floors in our house, so we dont need carpet cleaning in our home - but based on my experience with them, I wouldnt hesitate to use them.)

I had my carpets cleaned and my bathroom tiles cleaned. They both turned out beautifully. The young man that did the work was courteous, he was concerned if I had any questions and he was very pleasant. I will use them again for sure. We received a promotional coupon in the mail and I called on a Monday to inquire about scheduling someone to come and steam clean our carpets and I was able to get someone in within 2 days! I spoke to Ronnie on the phone who was very helpful and friendly. The staff member (unfortunately I forget his name) that came to our house to steam the carpets was very professional, friendly, and did a great job. We are very happy with the results and will look to schedule with Maxi Clean again!

Glad to see numerous good reviews but this man (Ronnie) was inevitably the most unprofessional man I have met in my entire life. I have a recording of him screaming at me, when I attempted to reach out for my mother in law which had been trying to contact him for months and he was avoiding her calls and text messages to redo horrible work. The job that was performed was horrible in which she took documented pictures and messaged them, he even responded to her and then never addressed the issue or allowed someone else to come redo the carpets that would have been done better by a vacuum cleaner. He even attempted to tell me that my mother in law was a liar. Given these extreme circumstances of him yelling I do plan with the proof to go to the better business bureau and allow others to see how unprofessional and disgusting his behavior was. Good luck and good riddance if I could give it a zero I would.

Very disappointed with Maxi Clean. We had them clean our carpets the day before putting our house on the market last week. We are living in our new house now so didnt go to our old house after they cleaned our carpets. 10 people walked through our house the 2 days following the carpet cleaning and they all made a comment that the house had an over powering pet odor. My house did not smell like this prior to the cleaning. My husband bought some products to help with the smell and it didnt work. He went over to the house 3 nights in a row trying to get rid of the smell. He ended up buying a product over the internet that masked the smell. So disappointed.

We were super happy with Maxi Clean.For one thing, they answer their phone! No leaving a message & praying it gets returned.They came when they said they would & were respectful of our home. The last people dragged their hoses on the corners of our walls, it wasnt good!When they finished, our rugs were beautiful & have held up really well. We had raised a puppy & needed the smells & stains gone for good, and 6 months later, the rugs still look & smell great.

Excellent service! Theyve cleaned my carpets twice now and the results are spectacular. We have five (yes I said FIVE) animals in our house and we always have a lot of pet fur and stains (cats and their hairballs!) and they get them out every time. Always on time and last time it only took him an hour for three rooms and a hall. And it smells so good!

Technician did get the dirt out of my carpet, but I could done the same and saved myself from the stink! I just didnt want to do it myself this time, so I called Maxi Clean whos coupon was in a marketing mailer. The owner returned my call, and at first was about to decline my business saying it was out of their service range, and I let him know about his own flyer, so he agreed to clean my carpet.The tech was on time for our appointment, and he went about his task of pouring too much water on to my carpet. I thought it would dry after a few hours, but it has now been 3.5 days and the carpet is still damp, and it smells. I called to see if there was something they could do, but the owner (Ronnie I think) basically told me to try fixing the odor myself, and it didnt dry because I turned on a blowing space heater to 72 degrees to help the drying process, as well as the area being in a semi-basement. I almost feel like the owner was mocking me when I called to tell him about the situation, as he made it perfectly clear that he had no intentions of doing a thing about my smelly basement and stairway.

Keeping a preschool clean during these times of Covid and other issues, Maxi Clean has been a godsend to us! They are always responsive to any last minute needs we have, and value us as much as we do them.

I have used Maxi Clean in the past and was very satisfied. This time I’m a little disappointed. My carpet was a wet mess and still dirty. When I scheduled the appointment weeks ago, at the time I wanted 4 rooms cleaned. When the technician came out, I only needed 3 rooms and my stairs cleaned. The tech told me $89. When I got my receipt through email, my card was charged $119. I called Ronnie he was very understanding and said he would refund the difference. A few minutes later I get a phone call from Steve (Operations Manager) who was very rude stating I would not get a refund since I didn’t notify Maxi Clean I was only getting 3 rooms and stairs done. He also stated “stairs” was considered a room. I didn’t like how Steve kept talking over me. I gave Maxi Clean 4 days to try to make the problem right. So I guess if I paid with cash then they would bill me for the rest... I will not recommend them to family or friends.

The carpet is so clean afterwards and no smell like when you use a household steam cleaner and a week later it almost smells worse! I only use our steam cleaner for spot treatments now. I wish Id known it would be so much better years ago!

I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone. They came to my home used my own water. The carpet was so wet in the hallway they left standing water ( wish I could show pictures). I had mud on my carpet from where they were walking in and out of my home. They then told me they will be back they had to get a part and never showed back up. Then the owner send a text an did not want to come when it was convenient for me.When I called the owner and showed him the pictures of what happend he was rude and only wanted to give me back half the money I paid them.
