I would never recommend Massage Envy and I regret taking a chance on them. My first massage was mishandled and management has done almost nothing to make it right. All they care about is making sure they get their money from you and holding you to a contract. DO NOT SIGN UP - YOUR MONEY WILL BE MORE APPRECIATED IN A LOCAL SPA - THEY WILL NOT VALUE YOUR BUSINESS

I would rate this location ten stars if I could. Very relaxing and clean establishment. Allie did an amazing job with my facial, I added the neck and décolleté. Hands down have to get that enhancement every time! She put something called “siesta” on me that I need gallons of to take home.Brandy did my massage and she really listened to what I wanted and focused on my problem areas. She was very knowledgeable about all the things and explained to me what was happening. It didn’t feel great at first but it was the good kind of hurt, and I left feeling like new money.I’m so thrilled with the wellness plan it’s $600 savings! So worth it, can’t wait for my next service.

I had the best experience with this company today. I went in for a massage after receiving a gift card for my birthday. The massage was great and the massage therapist, Katlyn, was amazing. When I went up to pay i could not find my gift card anywhere. I literally went out to my car and tore it apart thinking that maybe it fell out of my purse somehow. No luck, i went in prepared to just pay for the appointment. The girls at the desk were so sweet and understanding and told me that they could not find it in their system but but if i thought i could find it at home that they just wouldnt charge me until later that day to give me time to go look. I was so grateful. I went home and looked everywhere to no avail. I knew the gift card was purchased at the Simpsonville location so i called to see if maybe they had a way to find it. The girl that answered the phone was also named Katlyn. She looked every way she could and finally went back day by day for several weeks until she found it. She also found a gift card that i had received back in 2016 and never used. After all was said and done the gift cards covered all of my 90min massage, tip and i still have some left! I cannot thank her enough for her patience and kindness. I was never once made to feel like I was a bother or like she was in any way annoyed with me even though it was completely my fault that I couldnt find the card.

I love this Massage Envy, all because of Melinda and Kelly! Melinda is the best - she listens to what you need, adjusts pressure for those trouble spots, engages is pleasant conversation, and is consistently Awesome!! Kelly, at the front desk, is always so pleasant and helpful. She always has a smile and seems genuinely glad to see you.

Horrible experience, i wish i could give no stars. She rushed through the massage and even tried to end it 10 mins early. The parts i asked her to focus on she didnt even touch. Didnt massage my hands or feet. And i could hear everything happening in the building so i couldnt relax. Worst massage ive ever had. Will not be going back. Whew, now i understand all the bad reviews...

Its very regrettable that I write this review. Let me first say that I hope you never have a medical emergency the day of an appointment. I understand that last minute cancelations happen and procedures have to be in place to minimize cancelations. I had to recently cancel my membership due to recent financial hardships due to Covid 19. My last appointment before my membership canceled was scheduled. I had a medical emergency with my daughter and it happened right before my session. Due to the stress of my daughters medical emergency, I didnt call until the next day to speak with a massage envy representative about my situation. I was told I forfeited my session since I didnt call the day of my session to cancel and they would speak to a manager about my situation. The manager didnt call me back but had the representative call me back for them. I was told if I could bring a doctors note to prove I had a medical emergency they would consider giving me my session back. Im sorry but if I dont have to produce a doctors note for my job then I shouldnt have to produce a doctors note for a spa. Whats the definition of medical emergency?!?! I have never missed or canceled an appointment during my entire years membership. Its unfortunate that this is how my experience ended as this mother will never be back to a Masage Envy. I also feel that if my membership had not been canceled, I would have been treated differently. A customer should be treated equally as to if they are a member or not. I do wish to point out that all the therapists were wonderful during every treatment and I hate that how management handled my situation was to the demise of this location, in my opinion.

The worst massage I have ever had!. If they think they know what they are doing, I am a rocket scientist. I left before my time was up. This place is way over priced. What a waste of my time and hard earned money. The one star I rate them is for cleanliness only.

One billing conflict over years of membership and they cancelled my reservation. During the time they were closed due to covid19 they were not able to process my payment because my credit card company sent me a new card. On the phone making the reservation they said all I had to do was bring the new card with me. The day before my appointment I received a call that they were removing my reservation. I am in constant pain from nerve damage and massages are my only temporary relief. They make it very hard to get their service. Guess Ill be in discomfort and pain until I find someone else.

Negative Review! Cant even use a gift card for a birthday present with being charged extra, upfront pricing not disclosed! Presented a gift card for a massage as a gift, then at the check out time the clerk said that would be another $40.00!!! So $95.00 for 45 minutes of an average massage - WOW. So if you get a gift card and you ever had a massage before you have to PAY??? I sent the manager emails and a review of the service to contact me - NO RESPONSE! Avoid the scam...

My experience at massage envy was very negative , would not recommend this place to anyone. I was given one price online and another at the store. I informed them that I wasn’t willing to pay the price she gave me and asked was there anything they could do on the price and she said no. I asked multiple times what could be done about the price and she said nothing. I left and once I got almost home she called me and said she could do 50% off. But why couldn’t that discount be done while I was at the store? I will never go to ANY massage envy again. Each store chooses their own policy to go by and chooses when to go by it.

If you have not visited the clinic in a while you need to go in and meet the new Clinic Administrator. She introduced herself, but I was just happy and impressed by her kindness I already forgot what she so told me. She has been the first person from the front desk area to really listen to my concerns and needs with showing that she really cared about what I had to say. She will definitely be making a huge difference for this location. Glad to know I dont need to visit another location for this type of service anymore. I have always enjoyed my massages, but the front desk has always been lacking until now.

I have been coming here since 2011 for relaxation and pain relief. However, I havent been very happy Massage Envy for the past two years. Ever since they revamped the location, service has become more lackluster. Some of the massages I recieved began to be hit or miss. Sometimes after I get dressed to come out of the room after an appointment, my massage therapist wouldnt be there with a cup of water. They always greeted me outside with a cup of water in the first five years I came here. It was becoming very difficult to schedule a time that worked best for me. The only available times for an appointment were some of the most inconvenient times for an appointment, such as too early in the morning or too late in the evening. I always preferred to have mine in the middle of the day. On top of that, I would have to choose a different masseuse than the one I prefer to fit my schedule. One time, a lady at the front desk tried to set me up with a masseuse I did not ask for. Also, one masseuse requested to no longer work with me because I had complimented her. Im dead serious when I say this, I said she was beautiful two times and only after the second time I had told her, I got a call the next day saying I wouldnt have her anymore. I didnt even get warned to not say that the first time. For a place where females and males give massages to naked men or women on a table, you think they wouldnt be so sensitive to someone complimenting their appearance. I tried to apologize for this and come to an understanding for the sake of my health, but Massage Envy told me they had to defend their employee. In other words, the customer isnt always right. If anything had made me start to consider abandoning Massage Envy completely, this was it. Employees gossip about some of their customers too. As I signed the cancellation papers, I explained what my issues were and when I mentioned this situation, the lady at the front desk told me a story where she assumed a man was an offender. Its a shame what this place has come to because I began coming here with my mother for the first two years before she passed away. I WILL NOT consider ever coming here again.

Negative review: My card was billed for a recurring monthly charge. 6 months ago I bought a package to get massages every month for 6 months. at the time I was not informed that at the end of that 6 months I would be billed automatically to my card for services I have not used. I never even used the whole 6 months of massages I bought. I only used 3. it doesnt help that the MANAGER kept sounding like a recording instead of actually trying to help. Luckily I have a wonderful bank that will take care of the situation and they have, but just because of NOT being informed about what was in the contract for the up front 6 months payments and for not being help today AT ALL, they will NEVER EVER get my business. They didnt even attempt to help. the manager then stated that they will continue to bill my card unless I come in to cancel. SMH!!!!!!Poor poor poor. Please use Quisha Dreher Massage Services.

The staff was great until I moved 31 miles away. First they refused to cancel my account because I was within the 25 mile radius of a Massage Envy. (13mi or 26 minutes) After this, they charged me my dues twice, once for pulling early like i requested but they charged me my dues again just a few days later. I called and spoke with Desiree and she was confrontational when speaking about my account and wanted to argue with me over the transactions. The process of fixing this mistake has been quite exhausting. Hopefully they can resolve the issue.
