Fantastic Company! Mike and Charlie are 2 of the NICEST guys I have ever hired to do any job for my business and home. I needed my commercial door locks drilled and replaced and they arrived quickly and performed their worked flawlessly. I then hired them to install an Adams Rite keypad door lock entry at my business and it took them several hours longer than originally quoted because of several alignment/door issues. These guys didnt quit until the job was finished. I insisted on paying 35% more than what they were going to charge me because of their commitment to customer service and their work. Their prices are more than fair, especially when you consider the level of skill and integrity that you get from this company.

Very angry about their locksmith! I have an Airbnb unit with a sliding glass door and a guest lost a set of the keys. We had a spare key but I was uncomfortable having a spare set of keys floating around so I decided to have it re-keyed. Arkco came out and re-keyed the door and the keys turn the lock fine but it would not latch. I called him back five min later and he came right back but basically said it wasnt his fault and there was nothing he could do. I told him it worked fine before he came but he insisted that he couldnt do anything about it. I asked for a refund as I now have to call another locksmith to fix this. He refused, shrugged his shoulders and left with the money. Very unprofessional!!

I wish I could say that he did a good job, but it jus took to much time.

I recently used Arkco to rekey my office and they did an amazing job. I got master key that works for all the doors and they have a separate key for each door. Before I had to carry six keys and now it’s only a single key. I’m very happy and recommend this company if you need a locksmith. 90 days warranty is a great deal.

I have been to them repeatedly with multiple problems with needing Mercedes Benz lazer cut keys. They are the ONLY locksmith ANYWHERE that has the special cutter AND is willing to attempt keys. I even had stretched and broken pieces (Dont ask how that happened) of my only key for my 95 SL and he was able to miraculously reconstruct a decent usable key for me. The dealer wanted $300 and one week plus ID and title to my cat to get it. I got it done in an hour at a very small fraction of that price. I cannot thank you enough for the kindness you have shown me. Always a smile. Always enjoys helping people. One of the nicest people that you could ever hope to meet.

I got copy of my car key today with remote for $180. I am very very happy that I found Arkco. Please Honda dealer wanted to charge me $250 for the key and remote plus $100 to program it. wow. big different.

Ive been meaning to get a spare set of keys for my Nissan Versa for months, but the price kept putting me off. After quote after exorbitant quote, they came in with a price that was nearly HALF of what other locksmiths in the area were charging!I swung by on the weekend with a pair of blank keys from Amazon and was offered a discounted price for the cutting and programming of both. I was out in less than thirty minutes with two perfect spares! They even replaced the defective chip in one of the keys for no additional charge.Cant say enough good things about these guys. Dont go anywhere else for your locksmith needs!

They do good work. Had keys done and never had to return to get it fix. Only small problem is that they can close any time during the day since they get calls to open up cars and etc.

These guys are great! In a haste, I had locked my car keys in my trunk. I called them and they arrived about 30 minutes later, and within a minute, my car door was unlocked! Prices seem reasonable as well. Prompt and professional. I hope I never get locked out again, but if I do, Im calling these guys.

Literally THE ONLY actual locksmith in the valley, Ive called 20+places and have visited just as many, all have said making a copy out of a broken car key is impossible, and they hace to make a new key for 250, and this is a key that look as simple as a house key, these guys did it in less than 10 minutes and it was 10 dollars, Ill be going back to get my spare done as well, the best.

Only locksmith that do car keys up to 2019. I had to search and call more than ten locksmith to find someone that do keys for my cars. Cheaper than the dealerships.

My car was vandalized and required a new ignition lock. I called AAA and they put me in touch with ARCKO. They arrived and said go inside your home and Ill notify you when the work is completed. About 40 minutes later the work is indeed done, but the interior of my car is completely covered in metal shavings because they required to drill out the old ignition. When I asked if they would clean up after themselves I was told with a grin, No, I do not clean up, that would be an extra charge. I was disgusted by the techs statement. I told him that at $190 for the service call that is was BS and that I would be notifing AAA.

Online it advertised 24/7 service but they were closed when I got there
