I contracted Adrian windows to put some Anderson windows on a certain date and they completed the job on time. The gentlemen who did the work was a professional. He knew what he was doing and planned his work. Storms were expected in the afternoon so once the windows were in, he did the caulking outside then inside. He cleaned up any mess he made. It is nice to work with a contracted who does what he says he is going to do and in the date he says he is going to go it. It was a small job.

Had a poor experience with Kelly T getting an Andersen window quote. I submitted an inquiry through Andersens site. Kelly responded promptly an then just ghosted. Didnt respond to any further emails or anything. Doesnt seem like the type of contractor Id like on a job.

Kelly and his team installed windows throughout our house and a door. We are very pleased with the results. From start to finish he was responsive, professional and informative.

Artisan Windows did a fantastic job installing a sliding glass door at my home. My house is over 40 years old and the door we had was drafty and not of the best quality to start with. After trying to work with some of the big box stores and even some of the specialty stores in my area, our encounters with Artisan revealed their superior level of knowledge and experience. What had been a confusing process was suddenly demystified. Any questions (I had quite a few) were answered quickly, patiently, and completely -- often accompanied by links to helpful internet resources and videos.Once the work was scheduled, they arrived on time and ready to work. They took special care to make sure the new installation was completely level and free from any drafts. It was very interesting to see the installation performed. It was true craftsmanship and took the better part of one day. They did a great job cleaning up any debris.We are very happy with the quality of the door and its installation. We would not hesitate to use Artisan Windows again.

I scheduled to meet with several companies to discuss our window and door replacement project and decided on Artisan windows for a number of reasons. First when Kelly came to our home he didn’t try and push us into using a specific window product, we had never replaced windows or doors and he took the time to explain the different window types available. Kelly was very patient with us after all this was a big investment for us. We chose the Andersen windows and Narrowline patio door and absolutely love how they look and operate, what a difference! When the crew arrived to do the work I wasn’t sure what to expect (we have had two bad experiences over the last few years). I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the crew throughout the process and how they cleaned up when they were done. Kelly stopped by our home towards the end of the project to check to see how things were progressing.
