Highly Recommend. As busy as times are, they were able to get a tow truck out to me within an hour. In particular, the Tow truck driver Kenneth was kind, understanding and took care of hooking my car up and getting it to it’s destination. I don’t give many reviews except when service stands out or is absolutely horrible. Torque Towings service was impeccable. Number saved and will def use them in the future.

I thought my car was in big trouble- it wouldn’t shift out of park and everything on the internet was telling me it was some sort of huge electrical problem. AAA sent a tow truck from Torque Towing to haul my car to the dealership, and the driver (I regret I didn’t get his name!) kindly said ‘hold on a second’ and fixed the issue in no time. He was not condescending or dismissive, and gave me some helpful advice on how to get the (minor!) issue fixed for less money. Instead of hauling my car 30 minutes away and having me and husband and dog and baby walk home, we were able to drive home because of his thoughtful guidance- I would recommend this business 100%!

One of their drivers pulled up beside me at a red light on Rockville Pike and stopped hard because he was going too fast. He almost hit a pedestrian in the crosswalk, then had the nerve to roll down his window and scream profanities at the pedestrian, including calling him the N word. Im appalled and will be contacting my insurance company to recommend they do NOT do business with this company for roadside assistance.

I was stranded in another state in the cold while raining, with a non driving car, & with my 7yro son. The tow truck driver was absolutely the sweetest ever! He showed before my ride did & so that we werent waiting in the rain & cold, he waited almost 30mins for my ride to show as well as called to see if he could tow my car to a location closer to home in Baltimore. I would absolutely recommend this towing company! The tow truck driver also showed up only 30 minutes after hanging up with my roadside assistance company when the eta was set to an hour!

Outstanding Customer Service! I needed a tow due to having multiple flat tires and so I called different companies for quotes and ask how fast they can have someone. The dispatcher was so kind and they had good prices. The driver was at the location in 23 minutes he was very kind and he for sure know what he was doing. I had a good experience with this company and would highly recommend!

Company first sent the wrong truck causing a significant delay. Second driver did not call before arrival. I watched the second driver pull up to the wrong address. He again did not try to contact me at all for directions. I had to flag him down multiple times until I stopped his vehicle in a lot 1.5 blocks from where he was supposed to be. The instructed destination had a parking garage and where he was stopped didnt even havea parking garage. I asked the guy what he was doing, and he passed not only the correct location but me several times as well. His response to me was you want the car towed or not? I responded yes and im going to complain as well. The driver then sped off. If you are a AAA customer make sure to tell your service dispatcher a real AAA truck should be provided and not a contracted truck from torque towing. No one should have to deal with this when they are stranded.

Great service, they show up in less than 20 minutes to help me. Mr. Antonio the driver was wonderful. Overall I did have a good experience with them ,highly recommend.

I’m glad Allstate sent them out to me the dispatcher called me to confirm I was okay and make sure they had the correct information.

I never write reviews but I was heavily disappointed by this towing company. I use AT&T for my roadside and needed a tow because I had two flat tires. I was told they would be out in 90 min. I received a call from the tow driver making sure he had the correct location for my tow, which I gave very clear instructions. Almost 2 hours into waiting I called the dispatch to get an ETA. She said she would contact the driver and placed me on hold for 15 min. I called back to see what was going on, she then informs me that the tow driver changed my tire and was on to another call. She had called AT&T and told them about the mix up. Im not sure who the tow driver was but to lie and leave someone on the side of a busy highway is completely unacceptable. I will never use them for any service!

Allstate contacted them to tow my vehicle. Was given a 2hr wait time. When the 2hrs was reached I called the contact number I was given and the driver said they were 20mins out. Another hour passed by and I contacted them again and they did not answer my calls. Called 3 times and Allstate called them a few times as well and no response. Terrible company

If I had enemies, I wouldnt recommend this company to them. They are extremely unprofessional and lack integrity. I wish I didnt have to select any stars at all to give this company. One of their drivers backed into a concrete poll driving my vehicle and later denied it. Unfortunately, there werent any cameras in the garage to prove it. So If you have to use this company I highly suggest that you record them (with their knowledge) while they are handling your vehicle. Customers beware!

This is a lousy towing company. The drivers are so awful, I am surprised that they dont cause more accidents than they clear. Driver of vehicle #377, headed eastbound on Democracy Blvd, at 11:00 AM, on 8/18/2016, driving 60 mph in a 35 mph is the one that convinced me to never call on these thugs again.

Usually I only leave good reviews, no point in wasting time ranting about bad service, but this experience warranted a bad review. Nester came to tow my vehicle and was extremely rude. Told me at 9:30pm I was lucky he decided to take the call from AAA and I should be thankful. Then as I was on the phone confirming the detail with AAA inside my my home, my fiance was outside with him as he was loading up the vehicle. During that time he told my fiance he would have to take my vehicle off the truck and pull out of the complex to reposition his truck or he would not be able to get out. My fiance waited over 10 minutes outside in the cold... and he never came back, he literally just left! As a professional and business owner myself, I was shocked and appalled. My fiance is a county fire fighter and was shocked as well.

Saw one of their drivers speeding, tailgating, honking their horn at other drivers, cutting people off, and almost running someone off the road in downtown Rockville (hwy 28) in an area with heavy traffic and lots of kids walking from school. Its seriously dangerous, and shows very little care for the other drivers or the vehicles they are towing.

WORST COMPANY! AAA sent this company out to pull me out of a ditch, however, when the guy showed up he first told me his truck was too big to do what he needed to do, then proceeded to tell me that its considered recovery and he cant do it. When speaking with the driver, he rolled his window up and left. And Yes, MY CAR WAS STILL STUCK. This driver knew he could make more money calling it recovery versus the call coming in through AAA. Con artist!

I called for a tow and these people are scandalous. They towed my car and damaged it then stripped searched it and stole my money and tablet that was in the glove box. I called the owner mike and he hung up on me. I will have my lawyer deal with this low class business and Im filing a complaint with the BBB as they are thieves and dangerous people here. Their prices are way too much. Call district towing or another tow company!! Steer left...

Worst! Driver damaged my vehicle with over $1100 worth of damages and is avoiding taking care of the situation! Taking them to small claims court. Extremely unprofessional and do not take responsibility for their actions.

This is the WORST towing company ever ! They will damage your car and act like they didnt do it and the receptionist Iris is EXTREMELY Rude she will yell and Hang up the phone on you . If I could give this company 0 stars I would . I DO NOT recommend this towing company at all they are unprofessional
