Satisfied customer. Back around 2020 Christmas season, I went their with my prepackaged and labeled Amazon Return and also shipped a package via UPS Ground. Then today, I went to get 4 documents notarized and shipped next day via FedEx. Pleasant people. Smooth interactions. I will use them again.

I needed to notarize and then FedEx a document. I called several banks, a UPS and a FedEx store. None had notaries available today. I then called Post Express who had a notary readily available and were also able to send out my FedEx package. I was in and out in 10 minutes. They were courteous, efficient, and professional. This was the second time they’ve helped me out in a pinch. They’re great.

Such nice owners! I rented a business PO box there recently. Today I went to check the mail at 6:50pm and the owner was just locking up - it closes at 6:30. When I said oh, I guess youre closed, she actually opened it back up just to let me check my mail, even though I said it wasnt important. So very nice of her - Im sure she was tired at the end of the day. I really appreciate their excellent service!

Our non-profit business uses Post Express for our P.O. Box and mailing needs. We have used them for years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. The staff is very knowledgeful and always helpful. Ms. Singh, the manager, has been most helpful with the forwarding of our mail. She is very professional and goes above and beyond to help her customers. I highly recommend Post Express in Silver Spring, MD.

The older woman blatantly lied to me and told me they dont accept USPS packages anymore as she stood next to the USPS container in the store. Her son stated they do accept them they just dont provide receipts for pre-labeled packages like all the other shipping and mailing businesses do. The older woman has some serious customer service issues. Every other employee is fine BUT her. Will never return.

We shipped a large pallet of luggage across the country, when they accidentally left out an item they were quick to remedy the situation, and send the additional piece free of charge. Top customer service, and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

While our overall experience with DHL was a horrible one, I have to say that both NeChell and Nem went above and beyond. They were very kind and helpful. Only at this location, and this interaction, was I able to receive good customer service. They helped with tracking and getting a stalled package on a truck that Customer Service had held for pickup (not requested by the customer). Nechell was very pleasant and turned a terrible experience into a hopeful one. In her absence, I corresponded with Nem who was very helpful as well.

This is the best place ever! They have everything you need to pack up your parcels and they are super friendly with fair prices. They do a little bit of everything including packages(FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.), passports, passport photos, notary and faxes. This place has saved me so much time when sending out packages.
