I have been to this store two times and have been very happy. The owner is friendly and very nice to work with. This is where I will be going for UPS services from now on.

Very nice owner (Im guessing). He is happy to take any UPS/FedEx items and they will be mailed. very convenient location for me. Also has a variety of items for sale in store that arent necessarily for shipping. fun to browse.

Disgusting service. Utterly disrespectful... UPS says this is a access point... I apologized and said I’m sorry that UPS said my packages can get delivered here.I told him I had two more orders coming here and he said he was going to refuse the delivery and made no expections what’s so ever. I don’t understand how you’re going to be an access point and refuse customers deliveries.First encounter and last at this point. I wouldn’t use this place.... it’s sad because you lost a potential customer. I send and receive all the time.Adding an extra star:Only adding an extra start because he accepted the packages and still seemed a little annoyed when checking me out. However, I will NOT return.

Doesnt open till 9 and not open on Sunday. Fine if you need to ship something from time to time. Very inconvenient if you need mailbox. Often unmanned during business hours.

After 8 days they did not want give me the answer because they said PARCEL ETC had sent the package as them, and they would give me the answer just to PARCEL ETC.Parce ETC does not made responsible for the loss of the package and only wants to give me $ 100 dollars, an Iphone than cost me $ 901 including tax. The owner or employee is a rude and arrogant does not help you at all if lost your package. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PACKAGES BY PARCEL ETC IF tTHEY LOSE YOUR PACKAGE THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR GIVE YOU ANY HELP.This place is a franchise and not gives you the security in your packages.
