Don and Steve will go the extra mile to help you out. I have brought a laptop and desktop to the shop and explained that wanted all from my old desktop to go to my new laptop! I have had some challenges because I could not copy some important files and my music getting sorted. They did not sopped until they got it done properly!. iTunes was not so easy. If you are close to Wheaton, check these guys out.
