Adrian did a great job with my Dell Inspiron. My hinge was broken and my laptop could not close anymore - it was on the verge of breaking. I contacted Adrian late on Wednesday and he was very responsive and set up a drop-off time for me the next day. He has a lot of parts in stock and was able to repair my laptop and have it back to me by Friday. He quoted me a fair price and kept me updated during the entire process. I found Adrian with AZ Computer Service from a Google search looking for a Mac Certified Repair specialist. I was immediately struck by Adrian promptly picking up the phone, listening to my dilemma and being able to fit me in to a tight schedule. Long story short, I took my MacBook Pro to him on a Wednesday evening. He prepared me to have it ready Friday afternoon, maybe Saturday and texted me less than 12 hours later saying “job complete”. Whatch out for the $85 Diganostic fee , don’t fall for this as ( it is part of repairing fee ) not to mentioned that you should know the repair cost before anything, their main goal is not to gain customers - $85 is the goal thats why they get it upfront. you will be offered a very high price repair and unnecessary MAINTENANCE 😜 which will cost lot more. My advise go somewhere else and save your money. They make their money that way - and one more thing don’t sign that form they gave you.

Highly impressed by the speed, quality, and price of AZ Computer Service. The hinge on my laptop suddenly broke on a recent Friday afternoon in August, as I was ending telework for the week. I couldnt close the screen and some of the internal parts were visible. Not good! I needed a quick fix before resuming work the following Monday. After searching the internet, I landed on AZs website, read the reviews, and decided to give it a try. I spoke with Adrian, who assured me he had seen this issue many times before but told me to text him a few photos to confirm it was as I described. Upon seeing the text, he immediately recognized the problem. 2 hours later I dropped off the computer (he applied all the preventive measures related to COVID!). 18 hours later he brought it to me fixed and good as ever, with no new parts...just quality restoration based on experience and technical know how. And my data was safe...no worries. So for $200 I was back in business. A great deal and much less than ordering new parts or replacing an otherwise good laptop. So one word for AZ: Awesome!!

I told Adrian I needed my laptop back on a current date. He told me he will try, but later calls me saying it will be ready that same day . Gets the job done. Update 7/9/21 . Its been 3 days, I have been requesting a invoice and I keep getting the runaround. Update 7/19/21, still no invoice I needed this invoice for reasons and he didnt do it as promised.

I had a terrible experience with my Lenovo laptop repair. The store owner Adrian stole genuine Lenovo parts (RAM and SSD) and replaced them with cheap aftermarket / Chinese products. Jan 14 2021 I was having battery and HDD problems with my HP Notebook 2000. I requested a quote from another company, but Google mentioned AZ Computer Services LLC. They were quick and responsive so I went with them. He wasn’t able to save my data from my hard drive. So he replaced it with an SSD. He installed ssd/windows 10, Laptop Inside Clean Up, Fan Clean Up, CPU Thermal Paste Replace, replaced my battery twice. The first battery had a recharge problem so he replaced it with another. It would’ve been a slightly better experience if he had told me from the beginning, that he would be using completely different hardware than the original. The pricing $160 in hardware, $120 in installation and cleaning fees. $70 for the battery, $90 for the 120gb SSD. I found the hardware online for $37-40. Edit: He has informed me that his replaced hardware comes with a 1yr limited warranty to explain the difference in price. An additional 1yr warranty has been included on the Windows 10 protection.

Never provided any receipts for the service that were done as well as the prices for each individual labor. Although the issues that I brought my pc in for was addressed, I didn’t actually know what the repair guy actually did other than installing windows. If it was just minor bios issues I feel like I was extremely overcharged for what I brought in.

Took in a XPS 15 for repair. The owner (Adrian?) said they couldnt fix it so I ended up taking to a different shop where I found out that the RAM and SSD were missing. They stole parts and now claim no knowledge of it. Avoid or be prepared to get scammed.

Hey you guys there, I am here to share the most disastrous and painful history of mine with this place.My MacBook Air 2015 wasn’t turning on for some reasons when I was trying to use after I kept it shut off in my bag during the breakout of the COVID-19. So I called apple to get some help and was told to make an appointment and visit their store nearby. I did make an appointment and visit their store. Unfortunately, they didn’t help me, they insisted I should visit microcenter, which would take me 2 weeks wait for an appointment and cost me $25 diagnostic fee.I didn’t want to wait 2 weeks, and I started searching some repair places near me. Then I found this place, the AZ Computer Services LLC. I was excited by the ratings. Even though there are a few raters, the rating was high. So I trusted the ratings and went on to give a try. I met the repair person, and it seems okay. The place was a residence (not a business) place. That means, there is neither camera nor witnesses there. But the way the repairperson talks was very welcoming and hope giving one.Thereby, we took time and talked about the issues and prices. Because the apple store told me that the problem was the motherboard, I told him the history and asked for the price of the motherboard. He said, “apple may lie to you to make you buy a new computer. The problem may even be something easier like disconnection of cables and stuff. So it could be even less expensive for you to fix. I’ll definitely check it for you.” I replied, “ thank you. So if the problem is the motherboard, what will be your labor fee?” He said, “do not worry, I will cancel your diagnostic fee, and we can get you some used motherboard too. So expect as much as $200 total.” I loved the price and said okay. Next I gave him my computer and went home. That was on Friday.Saturday he called me and said he can’t fix my MacBook Air and I have to go pick it after I pay a $50- diagnostic fee. I was shocked and fired. And the reason why I was mad wasn’t that he asked me to pay him $50 after he said he canceled it for me but it was what I suspected he would do to my laptop that finally came true. I said, “why can’t you fix? What is the problem?” He replied it costs $500 to fix your computer. I asked what he was going to fix. It was the motherboard. He said he was going to change it for me. I confirmed that’s fine, but why is your price not $200 any more? He was like, “no sir, please come with my $50 and pick your computer.” Because i knew he messed my computer up, I resisted to take. He finally said he didn’t want to fix my computer because he doesn’t want to get terrible from me so told me to just take my computer no diagnostic fee this time. I said okay but I will check my computer before I take it.So on Tuesday I went to his place again and asked him why he was charging me $500. He said I will buy a motherboard and the rest is labor fee. I showed him the motherboard I that found from eBay which was only $175. He said that’s right the rest is labor fee. I didn’t want to pay, so I asked him to open my laptop for me so that I can check my battery, hard drive and some basic parts. They were all mess. I noticed a damage on my battery, but when I put on charger, it works. Other parts, I wasn’t sure about them. So I took it apple back and now, I am told that the hard drive was also damaged from inside. Headache!Thanks to AZ Computer Services LLC, I have to got a whole different battery, hard drive and motherboard, which costs as much as a new computer. I have nothing to say than may almighty God pays you back. And my friends, be careful of this robbery, at least have some records or cameras when you make some agreements with him. And know what’s inside your computer otherwise you will become me. Thank you very much 🙏

He had to order a specialty part so it took a while but the instillation cost was very reasonable and because of COVID (I think!) he picked it up and dropped it back off at my house. Doesn’t know what he’s doing and ripped me off charge me $175 for a part that was actually $60-$70 said original part from factory wasn’t. He shops at MircoCenter, the employees there had called the cops on him once for not paying for some parts? Something like that. MC told me what was the proper way to fix my laptop. He did the opposite and ruined my original part.

I sent a Facebook message around 8:00pm and got a response within a few minutes. The next day within a couple hours my computer was picked up, repaired, and returned.
