I did not pay for this computer service. I had a minor problem putting together my new computer. I called for a quote, and Koko Computer Repair told me it sounded like a minor problem and I dont need their service- BUT-as busy as they were, they helped me troubleshoot it and made some suggestions over the phone anyway just to be nice!
