Months ago while my wife and I was trying to apply, I was met with a rude leasing consultant Hispanic dissent with glasses.I had the worst experience trying to get a showing with an appointment already confirmed.I don’t know who’s doing the hiring but this is really bad.People deserve better….

We looked at affordable program places incl here. We wanted to lookat apartments. They told us after we approved we could see. Rent not as advertized and pretty looking building cheaply built for show when we at last got into the building to glimpse apartment. Not huge bargain. Ask many questions. we saw exposed sanitary pipes run thru carport type garage. found what we needed withless red tape and a pool for 10% more. Pretty building not practical for us. They have veteran units that might be a better deal for others vets

After visiting this property with my friend, our overall experience was not good. After finally finding the leasing office, we encountered a female Leasing agent, of Hispanic ethnicity with glasses, who was very dismissive and rude to us new incoming prospects. The leasing agent did not introduce herself and we did not feel welcomed at the property. We were given minimal information about the property and we were asked to leave after rudely being told Im in a meeting and to book an appointment online since tours were based on appointments. If this is how the front line of the office is ran imagine what could go wrong when you actually start living there. Important fact: please pay close attention to how the office staff members treat new prospects walking through the door. --> To be continued, will re visit.
