Our firm hired I Cann Process Service to serve an out of state defendant. Their process server/owner was quick and helpful, and she communicated with us throughout the process, letting us know what research she had done to try to locate the defendant and when she expected to get him served. Her knowledge of getting service on the military base was impressive and made us feel we made the right choice when randomly selecting a server. Our client was happy and the quick, professional service is what made all the difference. Would highly recommend!

I used this process server to serve someone who has been in hiding. And she got the job done on her first attempt. And I know there was no problem because the person I wanted served called me the same exact day saying I been served today. No complaint or anything about this process server. I would use her again and again.

The process server (who also states she owns the company) is completely unprofessional. She involved minor children in the service process and then blamed the parent. Do not use this Process Service Company if family welfare is important as it should be.
