It took a while for me to get my gutters and such cause of covid and lack of folks wanting to work. But Dan and his crew have done an excellent job in installing my new gutters and rain barrels. I was so impressed by their professionalism and workmanship I ran out and bought another rain barrel from them.

Awesome service! We within four hours of contacting Continuous Raingutter Systems our garage door was fixed. The staff was so helpful and got the job done without me having to leave work.

Im sure they do good work. But I talked to a gentleman and he took my info and said he would be over in the afternoon to give me an estimate. I live a mile and a half away and its been over a week and no phone call or has he been by my house. I have no idea why its so hard to call someone and tell them youre not going to make it over that day and reschedule.

Very fast and responsive. We had Donald at our home today to replace springs on the garage door. He was in and out very efficiently and was kind and helpful. Would recommend and will use next time we need service.

These folks dont seem to want business. I called several times & each time they said well have someone contact you shortly.The 1st time was end of week & was told Ill be contacted Monday/Tuesday. No one called.2nd time I called (Wednesday) and was told oh my god, Im so sorry & Ill put in a note that no one called, some will contact you asap. No one called.3rd time I called & asked if they wanted my business & was told, of course we do but our sales person was sick... And the story continues, no one called after, again, I was told someone would call andWe apologize so much and someone will get with you this afternoon. Giess what, nothing.If this indicative of life after service, I decided not to use this company. Small, unorganized company with no respect for customers. Their time is shortlived with service like this.

Work is always excellent. Return calls placed to them not so much. Yes, I would recommend and use them again. They have put in 2 Rain capture systems for me.

If your plan is to purchase from stock on hand, then you will most likely be happy with your order. If on the other hand you plan on placing and order for a future delivery of a rain harvesting tank, you maybe disappointed in the lack of detail in your order.We have been waiting for over 45 days to understand when a placed order with the manufacture in California will actually make delivery in Arizona. Many calls to Continues Raingutter end in I dont know when the order we placed with the manufacture will be delivered??? The real question is, how do you not know when an order to a major manufacture that you make your living from do you not know when your order will be delivered?

Ive called 5 times over the last 4 weeks. Twice I have talked to someone, they take down my information and then end with Well call you when we can send someone out. The other 3 times I have left messages and have received nothing in return.I understand being busy, but what the heck guys? Yall come with recommendations from multiple contractors in the White Mountain area, AND Home Depot.Maybe you can recommend to me a group of folks who CAN come and fix my door?

A very professional install! I live in valley and have a vacation home in Pinetop. It has always been hit or miss with hiring services up there...long distance, communication, etc. I was able to speak with the owner to detail exactly what I wanted. I had a big problem with the existing system not handling the huge rains we have had up there. Trevor, the owner, assured me that he understood what was needed. As always; I hoped for the best and sent in my deposit. When we went up this weekend and saw the work done, it was just what I wanted! A large capacity system that will handle these large downpours. I cant begin to express how relieved I was. This company gets my highest rating!!!

Its a nice place but you wouldnt know its open unless you walk in.
