I have worked with Chips for 10 years now. I have and will continue to recommend them to any business looking for a hands on computer service company. Their service is top notch. I used several services before using Chips where your call went into a call center and the next available person tried to answer your question or fix your computer without any knowledge of who you are or what was wrong with your computer. Chips knows their customer, they know the employees and they know all about your computer systems. When you call for help you get someone who has worked with you, remembers you and understands your needs. It is so refreshing working for a company that actually understands what the problems are and fixes them the first time.

Not the greatest, service seems sub par at best

I started working at CHIPS back in 2011. It is by far the best job that I have ever had. It is the first place I have worked that truly rewards you for working hard and showing dedication. I have never felt like I was just another anonymous cog in a large machine, which I have felt with other companies that I have worked for.The work environment at CHIPS is also the perfect balance of friendly but professional. CHIPS has high standards for the work that we do which often comes with accountability for your actions but great reward when you meet those standards. The training materials and procedures are easily accessible via keyword search and organized in a manner that makes them quick to access.I have worked for many companies in my lifetime but this is the first one that I can honestly say I have no desire to leave.

Worst IT company I worked for. They only have 3 employees total and they have to fire their employees every other year due to not being able to pay them. This happened to my co worker and I. They have no training plan for employees. Very poor management. I have never worked for any company this bad! Do not use them or work for them!!
