So I made some mistakes over my life and needed an interlock device a couple of times. Integrity Interlock has provided me with one of the best experiences I’ve had when doing this, the previous devices I’ve had over the last 5 to 10 years are way worse. Integrities device has never left me stranded and while slower sometimes it at least works consistently. All our interactions have been great too.

Just got the device removed from another company and went with Integrity instead, great decision, and I wish I did it sooner. These guys are so much better as well as their equipment.

I’ve never had a problem with their service. All of the staff is very friendly, and makes your experience fast and easy. It’s hard enough dealing with an annoying interlock device. The Staff at integrity interlock doesn’t judge you. They are the second interlock place I’ve dealt with, and I definitely recommend this service to others.

I would say this is the best place to go for you interlock needs. Havent had a single issue. Very friendly staff. Fast and efficient.

The equipment does not work on imports and European cars that have computerized vehicles! Don’t believe them it will make your car or truck burn down! It’s a government gimmick for people that can not afford it

They met all the requirements for me to drive again legally.

Set up appointment over the phone. Was told they needed a 25 dollar payment over the phone to hold my appointment, if I didn’t show up they would keep it if I were there for the appointment it would go towards the monthly charge of 69 dollars and I didn’t need to pay anything on the day of the appointment. I got there to find out you have to pay 2 months ahead of time and then called back the same woman I spoke to was incredibly unprofessional and claimed she had told me this over the phone a week prior which she didn’t I had another person in the car with me who heard her I asked her three times if I had to pay anything up front she said no. I then called back to get my money back because I couldn’t get it installed due to money and she then answered for the billing department claimed she was “the boss” and “the supervisor of everything” and I couldn’t speak to anyone else about my refund and that i could gladly go somewhere else which I’m doing. She was terrible and the entire company is a joke no one at the installation shop could answer anything for me because they only install. Would not go here even if you think it’s cheaper. A complete waste of time took a day off of work for nothing. TERRIBLE ALL AROUND
