This place is super friendly. The man over the speaker, the yard hosler, the receiving office, and the manager. No complaints. Id love to deliver here again. Its tight in here but they try to keep it orderly.

As everyone else says. This should be a learning center. Great ppl. A bit tight but fast. Appointment was 0445 I arrived at 2130 (early) had to wait but was still out b4 my appointment time. No overnight parking.

The people there are very nice. My appointment was at 6:30 got there at 6:15 ,7:15 I was empty with paperwork in hand. Was a good place to unload.

Got to facility 45 min early and was put right in a door. Took 8.5 hours to unload me. My paperwork said I was inloaded after 2.5 hours. They never called me. This load at the receiver can take a long time to count so I followed their rules. Recommend not waiting for that call. Go in 30 min after green light. Cost me money. Dont recommend going to this place.

Drivers show up when they want not on schedule and half the products you have to waste because they are either broke or smashed. Terrible absolutely terrible!

Staging early on street in the center turn lane. They start rcving trucks at 10pm. Only about 30 in line. They do move you inside quickly. Unloading was quick.

Fast unload. Tight area and even worst when there are lots of trucks. Great people though.

Good place to unload. Quick unloading but takes awhile to get paper work finished. No overnight parking, have to wait in middle of street to check in, alway a line of trucks waiting to check in. One way in and exit on south end of building. Dont go back out the gate you came in on, they wont let you out the in gate.

They reschedule my appointment and I come after 12 hours and now they hold me down four 3 hours 😓y’all not gonna see my face again ✌🏾✌🏾

I have never had an awesome experience at MCLANE before like today, checked in at 03:25 and was about by 04:50 yet I was a walk in. Staff were nice to me though I missed my previous appointment.

Normal unloading it will take 2 hours to unload you

They don’t start letting trucks in till 10pm. Because of this long line of trucks on street waiting to get in. They don’t count you “in” till they speak to you at gate. So if everyone has a 10pm appointment only the first person in line is counted as on time? Other than that unloading was standard at just about 2 hours. Bolt cutters inside but didn’t see snips for cable seals.

Got there at 2100. No over night parking. Trucks lined up on the street to get in. Get there early! 2200 appointment time, got a door right away! Out by 2330 Refrigerated load!

I had 4:45 am appointment checked in night before at 10 pm they gave me door at 5:30 am and empty my truck 7:30 am no overnight parking available checkin start after 9:30 before that you can park on there street

Got there early check in at 2200. For a 0445 appointment. Told me I was early an park alone the fence being paper work in an told me they would call me when a door was available. Called me at 2300 for a door unloaded an out of there by 0015.

Everything in here is beautiful and unloading you fast . Wish every other Mclane should have to learn from this facility thanks a lot keep going

They let truckers in now; so, no worries about cops, tickets and traffic.Fast unloading and friendly employees. Other truckers and I stayed overnight; no problems.

Slow drop off location

This is one of the best facilities in the company. When Im there, its usually a 0100 appointment time. Im out at 0300 at the latest, 0200 most of the time. Plenty of space to back if you know how.GPS units will misguide you to the location. Mine tried to take me to the facility exit. The entrance was down, off of the next road over 😅

Im on time. About 30 trucks backed up on two streets. Only recieve overnight. They obviously hate truckers, the general public,and safety.

Its always nice to come to a McLane. well at least for me it is most distribution centers that go to people are crabby and then they make you sit around or they turn you away or make you wait Ive never had to play a waiting game never got turned away from McLane. I was even thinking about driving for them

I have Bills from 3 days ago when this load was booked showing a 0845 appointment this morning. Got here at 0600 and they say it was suppose to be here yesterday( the pickup date). So now charging $220 for being late and Ill be here most of the day to work me in. When I showed them the Bills they said they dont care. Wont be back here again.

They break our companys frozen dough. They have no concern for food safety. They do not appreciate their customers. Not to mention they dont hire the brightest of employees.

Take forever to unloading, dont care about your time and where you can go after empty. Bed customer service. McLane no more load take to yo or from you.

We had to blacklist McLane foods over how they were treating our drivers at this location; we do not recommend anyone else accept any loads that deliver here as the receiving personnel are very rude and unable to accommodate acceptable conditions for delivering the freight they order in a timely and efficient manner.

Okay let make sure one thing. If you have delivery know one thing that you’re gonna spend some time here. There is no place to park literally no place, if you park on turn police will give you a ticket.

Appt was @0145. Put me n a door 2300. Unloaded @0600

Drivers dont come to this place. Barney Phife will write you a ticket. And receiving is very rude. Dont listen to the other comments they are blowing smoke. No where to park. As soon as you are unloaded they ask you to leave the property. (BEWARE)...Do not park in the turn lane

My appointment time was 03:00 and they finish in 2.5 hrs with unloading and paperwork in hand... their is limited overnight parking like maybe 4 trucks can park in the driveway and I seen the rest of the trucks parked in the turning lane..gate opens at 03:00 and everybody can come in , even if ur appointment is not until later...

Semi drivers, There are only about a half dozen spots in the driveway you can park overnight. The cops came and ran us off from parking in the turn lane at 3 AM. They will ticket you. Plan your trip accordingly, stay safe.

My husband take a chance to deliver his load 4 days early check in @04:16 and they told him that will work him in,phone calls at 8:00 back up to door 11 .Hope all companies are like this they understood and have compassion to driver who wants to earn.Why one company can do it but a lot of them cant, just wondering why??🤔

Usually in and out for deliveries quick. If you want to deliver early always call ahead and ask first. Was delivering to McLane Houston and this one alot!!! Theyre great people!

This has to be one of the best McLane. Appoint was at 6:15am and I checked in at 5:45am. I was done by 6:43am. Clean place and very nice and friendly staff. They charged me $58 for using lumpers. There is plenty of parking around this warehouse. I parked on the McCoy street and nobody bothered me. But I also saw truck parked in the warehouse next to McLane entrance ( google maps show there isn’t any construction but there is ). Once you are done you need to go left to exit the building.Keep up good work McLane.

Quick in and out live load. Wsd 6 hours early and they did not bat an eye, gave me a door and was unloading within 2 minutes after I set my brakes.

Attention truck drivers this is one of the worst places to deliver to. I will refuse all orders going here after my experience the last few days.

Arrived 55 hours early. Waited until 3a.m. for unloading crew. They worked us in, got to a door right away, and was unloaded in 45 minutes! They allowed us to stay on the grounds until our reset. Clean restroom available, and vending machines. ABSOLUTELY the best! 😊

I dont like the late night delivery, with no overnight there or anywhere nearby

Receiving opens at 0300 period. If you have a 0300 appointment, then you will not get in the gate before 0300. There is NO parking in/around this facility except for 3 or 4 slots at the gate.Let me make it clear - they WILL NOT TALK TO YOU BEFORE 0300.Not much room on their lot due to using it as a storage lot. Probably clears up during the day. They do unload fairly quick. About 1 hr for a full load but if its fresh produce Im sure its longer.

They got me unloaded in hr and half,they had a black guy working at the window,i told him thank you when he called and said my paper work is ready and he said nothing back,i go inside 2get my paper from him,i said thank u again,

Nice people place opens at 0300 have to go to gate and nice woman inside will assign door. If theres trucks lined up they are waiting to check in I bypassed them because they werent answering there cb and we thought they were doing overnight parking. Hopefully this helps anyone who comes here for the first time like me.

Professional office personnel. Pretty quick at getting you unloaded in a pretty decent time frame. This has two lanes going into the place. Dont block the left lane going into the facility. It holds up letting McLane Foods drivers into the lot. Signs are posted for outside carriers to stay in the right lane.

During a delivery here, I was given a dock that was kinda tough to get into because they had parked thier company tractors double in a space, I tried several times to hit the end dock, so I had went checked in and told them my problem. Without any problems they were extremely kind enough to move them to create enough space for me to get into my assigned door. I wish the majority of my customers were this considerateAll I can say is and give yall is a big THANK YOU!! I was nervous after reading the reviews but since I was hauling dry took me an hour tops from check in to green light. There were not so many trucks though when I got there since I had an early morning appointment but by the time I was leaving the docks were full so I guess it really depends with the workload they have.

I informed these people that my brother passed away, while I was picking up their load in LA. They would not do one thing, to expedite getting me unloaded early, so I could get home to be with my family. When a business treats drivers like that, we should all stop hauling their loads.

Appointment is for 2200. Tried showing up during the day due to the reviews but there was nobody there to unload. Mclanes has always been a mess to deliver to. America is very unorganized.

They will say your late when youre there early for your appointment if your there n they have long line of trucks

Not only is there no parking, get this; I showed up and there were 4 trucks in front of me, all in the turn lane with signals on waiting to turn in at the receiving office, and two cop cars show up, lights on, and they go to each truck and tell us we cant wait there to turn in!!!! He threatened to ticket me if I was still waiting in line when he came back!!! Had to circle the block 3 times until McLanes driveway was cleared of trucks. Absolutely unbelievable. Never heard of such a thing. I heard radio chatter that the ticket costs $1000. I am a professional and I very much do not appreciate being scolded and threatened for doing my job. This very uncourteous town of hypocrites should quit consuming things that come in trucks since they hate them so much. But then again, theyd gross everyone out with their resulting starving and naked bodies...

Recieving starts at 3amSome trucks park on the drive way or turn lane to waitI parked at a walmart close byYou can park in the turn lane until about 5am, then you are blocking other trafficBut the gate opens at 3am and they let all trucks inI was in at 330am. Unloaded and 830am even though the load was 2 days late. It was a 9am appointmentI also waited on site for 8 hours sleeper berthAnd I had no lumper fee for a dry load

There is room for 6 trucks to park along the right side of the driveway.If driveway is full use Center lane on street to park,If u park along curb u might get a ticket.(McLane employee told a Driver this)1 hr to unload.

She said will have to wait for dock to come open( 2 trucks in dock) lol..come to find out the load was supposed to be here last Friday when I got the load and picked up in Louisville Ky last Friday so now Mclane is blaming me for the load being late!!
