Now I don’t know if this was my fault or their fault,but I took my phone up there one day because the screen was shattered and had tones of lines going through it..it was disabled for like 20 mins to though so they call and say it’s done so I go up there and get it I take and and don’t realize they didn’t really fix it until I got home so all they did was fix the screen and mess everything else up so before I went there my home button worked my sound worked my WiFi worked and my FaceTime but when I got it back everything was completely wrong I tried to take it back today but it was closed so Imma take it back Monday🙄And I feel like if you really want your phone fixed with no problems like this I’d rather u go spend ur money somewhere else that know a what they are really doing!!!no hate on them though..should I be able to get my money back though?!

The guy knows his stuff, tells you right up front all he will likely need to do and then if anything differs he calls and talks to you first.I appreciated the honesty. I appreciated not getting ripped off! Thanks, Shawn!

I have buy a laptop from this monster. he say i did damage to it when was this water damage in it never even drop anything in it highly avoid go else whereTHIS AINT FAKE NEW

I had excellent service here. He figured out immediately the problem with my daughters computer when it completely quit working. I had deleted all the registry files on her computer with a pc cleaner I installed. He had it up and running in a few hours. Also did an upgrade to the hard drive. Its running better than ever. Thanks for the speedy repair. Highly recommend this place, will definitely return if I need repairs done again.

Well they gave me and my buddy the cold shoulder and would rather watch the game in the back instead of assisting the customers with computer repair like they stated on the phone. Three weeks later and the equipment hadnt been touched even once. For phone repair they seem to expedite that however I will never know because I wouldnt trust any electronic with them unfortunately...

When I walked into this small shop I was expecting professionals that can help. I already knew all I needed was a missing driver installed that I could not find. The owner Shawn Starkey told me that the computer I bought that was not even 5 months old needed almost a thousand dollars of work on it, and when I refused to pay that crazy amount knowing he was lying. He kept my computer and told me to leave. I called the cops and by the time they showed up, my computer was gone and he denied even knowing me.. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I had to buy another computer from staples before school and had to do all the work I lost from the computer he stole. I have reported this shop to the BBB.

I am electronically impaired.....so my laptop which is not two years old and mildly used.... wouldnt charge, I was baffled. Took it in and Chris took 5 minutes to see it was a piece of lint down in the port, got it out, started the charge, shut it down and out the door I went! I really appreciated his help. Some others may have seen it as a way to make some big money, but thankfully Chris was an honest guy! I would highly recommend!

I was super happy after Mr. Starkey and his staff spent an hour and a half working with me to get my iPhone 6s Plus back up and running after i dropped it and it just went black! They were very knowledgeable and patient considering I couldnt remember my password for my iCloud account UGH! Anyway because they know what they are doing we were able to get it figured out and get my phone restarted and fully functioning!Thanks guys!

ABSOLUTE WORSE RIP-OFF IN ALL MY LIFE! Ill admit, I aint a computer genius, but I know better not to trust these guys. They make you spend $10, $20, even $40 for INDIVIDUAL repairs and upgrades when I have went to other places and practically got the same things for almost free. And your lucky if they will even take your stuff to repair it. The manager refused to take my old laptop just because there was a small amount of dirt on it, practically insulted me over it, and even after I went home and disinfected it and then brought it back, I had to plead him to repair it. Then when they did repair it, I took it home and the problem was still there. Wasted trip! Wasted Money! All around waste of time. I simply refuse to go back there and always tell others to avoid them and go elsewhere. Only go here if you have no other choice, because you might as well be flushing your money down a toilet.

Open case never touch logit board took photos before repair. Tech claimed its been worked on before, never worked on purchase new. Waiting over 3 weeks going on 4 for a fan replacement. You know I am a real customer. Because you told me you took photos and video too. Today If I get it back straight to lab to to examine and compare the before and after. Oh HP laptop will not function, but the fan works well. Next post on web for result of before and after. As our friends requested.

Took my cracked screen iphone 6 plus into them. Told me I needed a battery. Paid $140 total and when I tried to use my fingerprint reader on my phone, it no longer worked. Called them and they asked me did you drop it again? No I didnt drop it again. They said they do not warranty their repairs so I was out of luck completely. Avoid this scum like the plague.

Our go to fix anything electronics store! They have fixed electronics that everyone else said couldnt be fixed! Always friendly and knowledgeable. They are reasonable and have unusual parts in house. Walk in with a problem and walk out with problem solved and a smile!

I am actually quite techy myself... but Ive recently had a lot going on and just didnt have the time or patience to deal with my 16yr old sons iPhone 5S when he accidentally got it wet (through an otter box in that hard rain we had a couple weeks ago) People beware as good as Otter Boxes are for drops, not so much for rain! Anyhow, I dropped the phone off to Shawn at Starkeys and he quickly repaired my kiddos phone! He has the right tools and parts in house. That makes a big difference if you have teenagers! Most importantly he was very fair with repair cost! Anytime Ive needed any repairs done, or even a replacement? My first stop is Starks! Love the new shop by the way and happy to see a local business grow...

Have purchased a laptop computer for my daughter as well as a desktop computer and had my daughters phone fixed .each time I was more than satisfied with my purchases and the service thanks for the great deals on everything.

It was very efficient. They helped me a lot. It was quick and easy, bought my iPhone for a reasonable price.

Just wanna thanks whoever helped me. I told them i was having a issue with my computer graphics cards. And the younger gentlemen explained to me how to fix it. I did what he said and i was up and running again within 20minutes. After days and days of trying to fix it myself. Also sold them my ps4 for a decent price.

Buyer Beware: I took my 6 plus to be repaired by starkeys, 4 days later the screen went out. Took it back to starkeys and they told me they dont warranty screen repairs. So they repaired for me at my expense again and 2 weeks later the glass is separating from the phone. Im not even going to bother bringing it back to them. They are nothing but con artists so DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING SCREWED OVER! Im out $350 because of these scammers. AVOID THIS HELL HOLE AT ALL COSTS!

Terrible run down shack of a business. Prices are sky high. Customer service does not exist. And the owner is even worse. Avoid this hell whole they call a business. Save your money and go elsewhere like best buy unless you enjoy being scammed. The area is terrible and extremely ghetto. Terrible all around.

I had a broken screen on my 5c, everyone else Id talked to was going to charge me $199 or above. Needless to say, they took care of me for much less and the service was fast. Very Happy with the service!!!!!!!!

I waited outside for more than 20 minutes after they were supposed to open then found out the owner was next door eating lunch with his wife. Not in a big hurry to open on time.

Replaced my screen on LG G3. Took 6 weeks to complete, got dirt in the front camera, broke my TV remote sensor, the screen was not properly replaced because it was coming up in the corners, and my back battery cover was also partially broken. So I paid $150 to make my phone worse.

Um. A computer repair store that doesnt have website listed??????????????? Last time I checked it was 2016 not 1996. And to think I actually considered giving them my resume. Not they could afford me anyway but......Im sure I would work circles around their so called techs.

Bought a phone from these guys about a month ago the plan was that I have internet access and Im still not able to get on to it yet
