Got me in without a previous appointment - I was in pain. My wife previously went here for recent dental work and highly recommended it to me. She was right. They were very good. Worked out a plan of attack to cover the three issues, keeping me involved in the decision process. The dentist (Dr. Schindelheim) and her staff were fantastic. Need a dentist? Give them a call!

The staff was amazing. They got me in on the Friday of a holiday weekend. I needed a specialist. They got me into a great one, right around the corner from their office, and then fit me in for a second appointment same day.

Called to get a same day appointment due to chipped tooth. Jen was super understanding. Amanda and Dr. Louisa were very welcoming and friendly. Very clean location, very professional. I am impressed and super greatful they gave me my smile back. I will go back to Pure health if needed and I HIGHLY recommend. Thank you ladies!!!

Maybe put on your website that different offices take different insurances so people dont waste their time waiting for an appointment, taking the day off & driving out for nothing. You are on my insurances provider list, it makes zero sense that different offices of the same company in the same county take different insurance. Thanks for wasting my time.

I would NOT let my worst enemy go here!! The officer manager had no clue in what she was doing. The bed side manor was terrible. When I scheduled the Appointment with the office manager I informed them that I was not able to pay any $ up front and was told by the office manger that was no issue they have payment plans. When arriving to my appointment I asked up the payment plans and reminded the office manager that I cant pay that day. I was then treated so poorly. I asked why I wasnt explained this when making the appointment and was told Do you think we do things for free here!? Not welcoming. Not informative. And the employees complained about the office manager to me as the were seating me on a patient room. Poorly ran office!!

After moving here from Maryland I needed to find a dentist here local to me. I’m really happy that I found Pure Health Dental. As soon as I walked in the door, it was a very positive and welcoming environment. My dental hygienist Mira made me feel comfortable being in the dentist chair. I didn’t feel any pain during the x-rays or my cleaning. Dr. Louisa came in for the final part of my checkup. She has the best beside manner and very gentle when she looked in my mouth. Dr. Louisa is the best dentist I’ve ever had! She is very talented at her job and extremely professional- I came in with tooth pain from a prior dental procedure (not done at her practice), she diagnosed the problem and fixed it that same visit. My mouth feels so much better... I will definitely be coming back here for future dental work!!

I recently went in to get the zoom whitening service done at the pure health dental seven hills location. The results were amazing! My teeth went from a stained mess to bright natural white. Not a chalky “fake” white like other places do. The staff and service was excellent and they took their time to explain the process and follow up instructions. Amanda and Jen were amazing! If you’re interested in getting a nice, bright smile, then this is the place to go!

My first visit to Pure Health Dental Seven Hills was really great. I felt totally safe and reassured by the Covid-19 precautions they have in place. The staff is fantastic. It’s a small office with a great vibe. It’s obvious the staff work well together and have a lot of respect for one another. That means a lot to me in a medical office. The dental hygienist is awesome. She is gentle but very thorough. I had no discomfort at all afterwards - which I have at times experienced from other dental offices. I highly recommend the dentist - Dr. Louisa Schindelheim. She is young, knowledgeable and very conservative. Her gentle style suited me well. This is a wonderful office if you need dental work and for regular check-ups. I highly recommend!

Super best dental office! Starts with Jen on the initial phone call. Amanda and Rachel in the back who have worked on me make it a much better experience you would think it would be coming to a dental appt. And of course the Dentist caters to cowards and I dont mind coming (so much, lol). My teeth look great. They always help me right away if I have issues.

The hygienist saw on my chart that it had been a while since I had had x-rays taken. I told her I didn’t know if I was pregnant, but if she and the doctor agreed I need them AND it was safe for me & potentially my baby then I was fine with the x-rays. She also asked if I was having any issues with my teeth, at which time I told her I did not.She said that we’d ask Dr. Kassim when he came in and she started my cleaning.When the doctor came in the hygienist and I filed him in on the x-rays situation and the potential pregnancy.He asked why they didn’t do x-rays at my previous appointments (I go every six months like clock work). And chuckled saying “did you think you were pregnant then, too?” While using air quotes with his hands.YOU DON’T DO THIS TO ANYONE!!! You don’t know someone’s story! My husband and I are actively trying to get pregnant & we DID experience loss since we began trying.This lack of professionalism and patient care will find us seeking out a new dentist.

They are a scam. I received a text from someone who represented themselves as Dr. Kraigs office confirming my appointment.When I arrived I was told then Dr.Kraig sold his practice and the is a new Dr. I was brought right in still filling out new paperwork.While getting my teeth cleaned, instead of rinsing. I was told to swallow. The new Dentist proceeds to tell me I need multiple things done to correct my teeth. Which I do not need.When I received bill. I was then informed by delta dental that pure health dental does not accept delta dental.So without informing about the insurance change . For a cleaning and xrays 295.I will be calling the better business bureau.

Thought i was going to need a new dentist after Dr kraig left but was completely impressed with the staff not only i i stayed i have my kids going there as well
