Were off to a great start with Complete Pool Services.Kelsey responded quickly to my email about using their full care package. We scheduled a meeting for an assessment and he arrived shortly before our scheduled time which I liked.The overview went very well. The weekly schedule will work great for us. He helped me set the pump timer and had recommendations for all questions that I asked.I will have to leave another review once the pool warms up and we can swim but thanks to Complete Pool Services, the only thing stopping us from swimming now is the temperature.

This is a 3 month follow up report. The weekly service is phenomenal. I receive weekly updates that are time stamped with water quality reports indicating PH, Chlorine & Alkalinity. Along with that, Kelsey adds comments that communicates what he is seeing and any concerns he has. He communicates what the plan is very well.The pool is looking great and the only thing keeping us from swimming is the weather.On a personal note, Thank you Kelsey for bringing my Moms empty trash can up from the street. That tells me everything I need to know about you and well be with your service as long as we have a pool.
