Very good shipper. I was loaded within an hour of my arriving at the location. Beware the docks are very close to each other.
For people who havent been here before you must wait in line, go all the way around building next find dock door then go in with paperwork. Wait time varies...
Excellent service. The guy who works the yard was very cool and helpful getting us to where we needed to be. The clerk checking us in was really nice. The dock crew was very quick and efficient. Well rounded place overall.
Horrible place. I cannot wear a mask due to health issues. Before entering I was told by this random worker I have to move my truck to A BAY didnt say which bay and I had to wear a mask. Then the guy just walks away. Due to health issues I cannot wear a mask. There is no one to help you at the door or any security to assist you with any mask issue. So I entered the facility and kept my distance. I was there for about 15 minutes on line waiting to be seen. When I reached the window I was told I would not be helped if I didnt put on a mask. The worst part about it is the manager and about 5 other workers in the office were NOT wearing masks! When I pointed this out to the manager she said put a mask on or leave. I stated I will be glad to leave if I can get my goods. She then proceeded to tell me noone will help me unless I put on a mask. I told them I have a health issue I cannot wear a mask. One random worker asked if I had a doctors note!? Like what?!! I told them they have to provide reasonable accommadations to assist me with the transaction. The manager refused to find any other solution to the situation other than telling me to put a mask on my face. At this point she would be holding my goods ransom as she refused to help me. I will report them to the dept of justice.
This is a very busy warehouse, with a very long wait time.
2 words sooo slow
It takes for ever to pick up anything at this place 😒
Terrible! They purposely make it difficult to pick up freight so they can charge storage. Their office appears to be stuck in a time warp from 1975. They have one person at the window and jam all the drivers into a 10x12 room with no ventilation. Covid-19 beware! You will be forced to stand near people for a long time. They have earned a bad reputation in the industry and rightfully so. Exporters and importers, use anyone but them if you want a happy customer.
Friendly people, convenienceEasy to get there.
The worse place if you in a trailer park in the first door around the building
Great working atmosphere
Charge extra $50 if you have to use the ramp to get loaded(60$ with a cc). Horrible rude manager with the biggest attitude.
Too busy WHS
Kinda hard to deal with.
Very bad place
Fast loadingMake sure you have a safety vest
I have been to worse CFS but this place, like most CFS, need to clean more often. Filth everywhere. During COVID19 times this should be a given. As a driver, wait time was not unreasonable and warehouse guys were nice.
Would not recommend this place at all. very dirty and smelly as soon as i walked in i knew i made a mistake. they were not following covid-19 guidelines as they made us all stand in a small office not 6 ft apart
You need a can opener to back into a dock here..not meant for a full sleeper tractor and 53 trailer...otherwise people are friendly.
One of the worst places Ive ever had to go for a pick up. Very small yard, and it took forever to finally get loaded.
If you live in United States of America..... learn the language. Please 😡 Jokie is good guy. He speaks English by the way.
This is the absolute worst piss poor unorganized shipping/recieving place cant be called a company I have ever been to. The occupants cant speak or understand proper English. Had to repeat myself 5 times to 2 people, which then said the load was picked already but then stated their mix up in an email. Now expect me to pay 5.00 for paperwork they already have on site. Thus place isnt worthless not mention frustrating slow because they hardly speak English.
Very horrible service, never ever use them again. I do not recommend you do business with them is a horrible company.
Worst shipper to work with - they even charge you if you want the dimension s of your own pallets so that you can schedule a truck.Customer service is very rude - they dont treat you like a customer at all. They treat you like they couldnt care less whether youre there or not. They dont even deserve 1 star.Do not give this business your money - this will be my first and last time doing business with them.
Fast
Tight backing you have to be on your A game.
Came to pick up! Very tight place!! Dump! Guy outside “helping” you back in doesn’t pay attention and backed a driver into another truck. Be prepared to pay money to pick up your load. They want a storage fee and you have to pay to print a bill of lading
Horrible so unorganized and no one tells you what to do, never seen a place were you have to get in a dock on your own then go in and check in and then it took another 3 hrs to load 21 pallets and you had to stand by your trailer the whole time . So yeah good luck if your going to pick up there
This place is a complete and total scam. They gave us a retired Womans email address, refused our carrier of choice, assured us that we had all the proper paperwork and then refused a Friday delivery so we had to pay for the weekend. This place needs to be shut down and reported to the better business bureau!!!!!!
These people are crooks. They gave us a retired woman’s email address as a contact. Never replied to any email or returned calls....refused pickup after we had asked them numerous times if they had everything they needed from us. Cost us 5k for 31 cartons. These people need to be reported to the better business bureau.
Busy , dirty place. The guard on the door will be the first person that is going to give you attitude, but not the last.YOU HAVE TO HAVE PICK UP / DELIVERY ORDER PRINTED , IF NOT, THEY WONT LOAD / UNLOAD...Pallet exchange most of the time....They will bring you boxes wraped couple times with tape, not shrink wrap....They open 8 am but better get there earlier to get in line5.They close at 4 pm
DONT PICK UP LOADS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY WILL LOAD AN OVERWEIGHT ON YOUR TRUCK AND WAIST YOUR TIME!!! THEN THEY WILL REMOVE THE FULL LOAD OFF YOUR TRUCK AND SEND YOU ON YOUR WAY!!! THEY DONT EVEN BOTHER GETTING A WAREHOUSE SCALE TO KNOW HOW MUCH THEY LOAD!!!!IRRESPONSIBLE AND DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE!!!
One of the worst places I have to go to at times. The guys driving the forklifts for some odd reason have attitudes Everytime I go there. I know its not me because I can literally get down with just about anyone. I just dont like dealing with ignorant people..
BWL avoid this place.Totally junkBad parkingRude employeesLong time to get loaded........
NEVER NEVER do business with ARROWPAC unless you want to be treated like you’re doing them a favor and if you like being surprised with hidden charges. Unfortunately we got stuck with them because of our freight forwarders, however, we will be banning this company from all shipments. Office workers have nasty attitudes and are unwilling to help or offer solutions - this represents the overall company. This time around there’s a surprise charge for a safety vest when the previous time this was not necessary. They should inform customers of requirements prior to pick ups. And to the office worker who said she gave prior notice, to clarify “prior”, means giving someone advance notice or coming before NOT upon arrival at the office. Please look up the word in a dictionary. Quite a few angry customers picking up were fuming over this.
Got there before 1:00 ,told had to be there before 2:00 , told to come back tomorrow,Jersey Sucks, and so does this place.
Contrary to what other people have posted, we had the most amazing experience with the staff at Arrowpac Inc.. Linda was absolutely very helpful, patient and informative. We were trying to send relief to my father Antonio Sr. in Puerto Rico and could not find an affordable company that wont take advantage of the desperation of families are trying to provide relief to our loved ones in the Island and charge us an arm and a leg to send two boxes of 60lbs. Of food and emergency supplies. U.P.S. was charging us $735.00 to send the same packages that woud take ten days or more, USPS was charging us $ 450.00 and at Arrowpac they charged us only $95.00 including shipping, tariffs and insurance.I had a chance to meet some of the other staff and they were very friendly and even funny. I met Thomas Patshall Vice President of US operations and Thomas is such a nice gentleman with a heart of gold. He seems to care about their company and the needs of his customers. While waiting for my paper work I had a chance to inspect their warehouse and it was very well organized and found out that is a company who all workers have a share in, this inspired more confidence in doing more busdiness with them and recommending it to my family and friends. Which I did, a close friend send three boxes soon after she found out their prices.I should also mention that it only takes ten days by ship to get to Puerto Rico which is sooner than shipping packages by plane given the volume of packages and mail arriving in the Island of P.R., I highly recommend taking a trip to their New Jersey warehouse its worth the money and why not make a day of it there are places to visit nearby, thrift shops and my favorite Mandir Hindu Temple a ver tranquil place of peace and so beautiful.
1st time picking up freight and was really easy
Very Bad Place,To slow.,They know how to make 💴 🤮😂
Dumb people work there.. from shipper to loader everyone is absolutely dumb... forklift guys do not know how to load you... they ask you in spanish how to load and when you reply in english they do not understand.. good luck drivers

The worst experience I ever had at any shipper. Avoid it if you can.
Communication is terrible and the place looks rundown. The fences needs to be properly repaired.
Easy access from turnpike but usually crowded during business hours.
Hate coming here.
4 hours to get loaded 30 skidsVery tight docks, no yard space.1 hour to check in.Must count and sign vor every box.No parking.
I come to pick up my merchandise from these guys and they charge me $50 for using their ramp... This is beyond ridiculous.
Very helpful, answered a bunch of (dumb) questions. Especially Mara
Don’t know how to load at all 42000 heavy on front and back axle hard to scale it
Messy place. Forced to stay by the dock for 2,5 hrs at 30f°

Tight,slow,cold,avoid
You must stay on the truck and wait for a free door. After that, go to the Shearing office ... after 1 hour I want to add ... this is a ridiculous place. Avoid it.
The economy is not good, the business of this warehouse is deserted, and the staff are all old faces. You are still welcome to pick up the goods or send the goods abroad. Very good shipping warehouse.
Super cool and the load is light
The best
