Avoid this place at all costs. I am a man and I went in with long hair past the shoulder, I had a picture of a style for a medium length cut to part to the side. I showed the picture and asked a couple of times if we were cool to do that, and then she chopped all of my hair extremely short and the same length and made me look like a pineapple. Photos attached of what was received vs what was asked for, I cant believe a professional would let someone walk out with hair like that, she didnt even try to get the style.

I wanted something completely different. The lady was super nice but the haircut was NOT what I wanted. I wanted to run away so she wouldn’t see me cry. I even showed her pictures of what I wanted. Right after I went to buy a ton of hats because my hair cut was that horrible. I wanted an under cut with the front long. Almost like a Levi hair cut from AOT. I won’t be coming back. People are nice but they don’t do what you want.

I am from out of town and I needed to get a quick haircut. I am not sure of the ladies names who cut my hair but both times were great cuts. Thank you.

Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I have long hair and asked for 2 inches off the bottom. The haircut is noticeably not straight. It’s over an inch longer on the right side compared to the left. Some hair at the bottom was completely uncut. I wasn’t expecting a salon experience. I guess I thought cutting my hair in a straight line wasn’t much to ask.

Hilda is very nice and she does a great job. She cut all my kids hair, my mom, and myself.

I have alopecia and getting a haircut always gives me anxiety because of how noticeably thin my hair is. I got my hair cut here once and the whole entire time the stylist kept on commenting on how thin my hair is. Obviously, my thin hair is an insecurity of mine so by you consistently pointing it out, you create an incredibly uncomfortable atmosphere.I showed the stylist how I wanted my hair to be cut and I kept all things considered, including that my hair might not look exactly like the picture (due to the thinness of my hair). However, the stylist did a TERRIBLE job cutting my hair and blamed it ALL on the thinness of my hair. Clearly, she had little experience with my hair type and should’ve just been honest rather than winging it and cutting my hair terribly. The style was not impossible to recreate. I am disappointed by this SuperCuts and you truly do get what you pay for here. Maybe even less.I’m honestly traumatized by this experience and I plan on learning how to cut my own hair just to avoid experiences like this in the future.

Yes, the wait is long but worth it. I have been coming to this Supercuts for 3 years and always leave content. Ashley has always been my stylist and I cannot commend her enough for her amazing personality and how open and friendly she is. I would def. recommend!

How can they put clay on wet hair, then spray and say youre good to go? Is it really ok not to dry hair after the cut?They cant even handle the machine: my hair is bumpy on one side.Left in total frustration about my haircut and with wet hair.

Weak cut. The woman didn’t blend my hair well and the back of my head was way longer than the front. I asked her to fix it and she did so reluctantly. She told me my hair was thinning and she has a product for that. But that won’t fix the haircut. She clearly didn’t know how to cut a mans hair. Especially those with thinning hair. The hot towel at the end was nice. Probably wouldn’t go back.

I went in hoping for a blowout yesterday while out running errands at the Secaucus, NJ, salon. The stylist said she could not use a big round brush on my hair and instead used a flat iron sporadically and inconsistently. Another stylist tried to fix the hair but after 2+ hours, I could not take it any longer. This morning my hair is completely flat and a mess. Such a waste of $35. DO NOT TRUST SUPERCUTS FOR BLOWOUTS!

Not a five star salon, but Supercuts is good.Previous Post: 3 starsOk haircuts. They do mens haircuts too quick. No attention to detail. The price is too high for such a quick average haircut. I am going to an actual barber! If you want a quick haircut in a clean enviornment then come here; but if you want a good haircut then go elsewhere.

The lady who cut my sons hair over charged me. She charged my 12 years old adult price. She was not patience with me when I told her how I want my sons hair cut to be.

This is my Supercuts of choice. I almost do not want to spoil what make this special, by alerting everyone to use this store! I love that on weekends it is uncrowded and staffed with wonderful people.

This is literally the worst Supercuts Ive ever been to. The wait is always forever and the employees are clueless. I would recommend going anywhere before coming here.
