I highly recommend SOS, got to work with Jerry on replacing my entire septic tank and field. Best customer service and follow up, and he did not give me the run around like other companies in the area. They give you a straight answer and price. Well worth it, again I highly recommend their services and Jerry’s expertise.

We purchased a house brand new in February 1 2019 they refused to do a warranty claim because they said the warranty expired November 2019 since the install was November 2018. This company is a joke me and neighbor has separate issues with them. His issue was worse then mine they had to re-do his drain field and re-sod because they cheaped out on initial installation. I still havent received a phone call back after I sent them a video of the septic filter floating in my septic tank because the angle was so off on the piping. They had to have broken it sealing up the septic tank.would not recommend this company due to lack of quality of work and integrity of this company since they avoid warranty work for their mistakes.

Chad was great he worked all by himself and fixed my problems. Highly recommend.

When I had problems, they took care of everything. I had some medical problems, and Steve understood and helped me get things done. They replaced my drainfield, while I was up north in the hospital. Excellent job

Slade helped us by inspecting the septic tanks of two homes. He was courteous and knowledgeable in both instances. We really appreciate his promptness of coming to the home sites. I would definitely use SOS Septic & Sewer DBA The Septic Tank Man again if ever the need arises.

Came out and pumped my crap, what more could I ask for? They found my place without having to call me (huge problem as it doesnt come up well on gps). Overall Im happy with what was done. I might go ahead and get the cover they were talking about for my screen/filter thing so I wont have to call them out everytime it needs to be cleaned. I would recommend them to my neighbors, and I will call again if i have any more problems.
