My now wife and I hired Best Made Videos to not simply video tape our wedding, but stream it for everyone that couldnt attend; especially my wifes family in India. We only had one formal meeting with Reid and Best Made Videos, but the amount of detail and information he got from us about what we wanted for our wedding stream was fantastic. Wow. Wow. Wow. Reid and Matt with Best Made Videos completely blew us away! We hired them before the Covid-19 pandemic and ended up having to change our date multiple times due to rescheduling. Reid was responsive and extremely flexible. Fast forward to our wedding day on 7/24/2021 when we met them face to face for the first time. As I was stressing out about the timeline, Reid was able to keep me calm while also taking videos. They captured every important event at the wedding, but managed to do it in a way where all of our guests could still see. One of if not the most responsive vendor i have ever worked with. ever! We were able to watch the lovely wedding ceremony of a former pre-schooler. Everything was very well done. Great camera angles. (Too bad the photographers werent instructed not to stand in front of the video cameras, lol.) Sound quality was excellent. One minor glitch of a blown circuit in the building was resolved very quickly. A lot of work for a 4 hour ceremony, and it was pulled off beautifully!

My wife and I cannot recommend Best Made Videos enough! We did not initially plan on hiring a videographer for our wedding. However, COVID-19 happened, and months-and-months of wedding planning was turned on its head. A couple of weeks before our wedding we made the painful decision to significantly downsize the event. Our 150+ person wedding was now down to 30. Meaning, many loved ones would no longer be able to share in our wedding day.That is when we contacted Reid. During our first conversation, Reid demonstrated empathy and a willingness to get to work on our behalf. Within days, he scheduled a Zoom meeting to get to know us and what we wanted help with. Of primary importance, was live steaming the event so grandparents, aunts/uncles and friends could share in our special day in real-time. Reid confidently assured us he could make this happen, which took so much pressure off my wife and me.Fast-forward to our wedding day. Reid, and his assistant, were very timely and professional. They were inconspicuous as they set up their equipment and in no time, our wedding was being live streamed on YouTube for our friends and family who were not able to be there with us in person. By all accounts, the live stream worked perfectly. Family and friends were able to see and hear the ceremony without a hitch. Moreover, my wife and I barely even noticed them during the ceremony. They were very discrete.Reid also recorded the entire ceremony, reception, toasts, etc. He created a fabulous highlight video and provided raw footage that we will be able to relive for years to come.Thank you so much for everything, Reid. I volunteer for Kiwanis Camp Casey, an annual summer camp for children with physical disabilities. Every year in November we hold a fundraising gala which is our biggest fundraiser of the year and raises nearly all of the money that we need to fund camp for the next year. For our fundraiser this past year, we decided that we wanted to show a video that told the story of one of our campers and how camp has impacted their life. We were SO lucky to get connected with Reid and Best Made Videos - working with him was a dream come true.Camp is 100% volunteer run, so needless to say those of use who help put on camp and the fundraiser dont have a lot of extra time on our hands. He truly brought to life the magic of Camp Casey and our campers story. Last December, I decided to participate in a last minute project/competition. Of all the referrals I was given, Reid was the only videographer that contacted me back within the 24 hours time frame. This was during the holidays so I really appreciated the timely response! I am giving Reid a 5-STAR because my request was completely last minute, during the holidays, and Reid met my timeline and was able to put together a video for me to submit. Note: There was an 8 weeks timeline to compete, but Reid was only given 3 weeks because of my last minute decision! With Reids talent for video, professionalism, and efforts I made it to the TOP FOUR FINALIST. I have to admit, I was not camera ready nor experienced. After I got engaged to my now husband, so many people told me to hire a videographer to capture our wedding day; this was the best advice we could have taken! Best Made Videos -My husband and I worked with Reid and his team at Best Made Videos. It was a wonderful experience - I love that they captured some of the best moments of our wedding day, first look, first kiss, first dance. It was awesome to see our highlight video which was our whole wedding condensed to 10-12 minutes — this has been such a gift to share with family and friends. This video is a keepsake and something we will have for the rest of our lives and can share with our future kids and grandkids.The only critique I would give is.. I think the tones/coloring of the video could be a bit better.I wasn’t in love with my hair (outside), as it looked more orange/red instead of brown, and thought my skin tone in certain scenes looked more dark than normal (mainly outside). I thought Tyson and I looked our best inside with the tones and coloring. I also wish there was a soften feature for the face and not look as sharp.Overall, excellent service and would recommend them!

Reid documented a big community event for our organization. He did a great job! The video was incredible and really showed our experience of the day. Somehow he was able to capture every important moment throughout our day, but he was never got in the way. When Ron and I planned a last minute surprise wedding Reid was awesome to work with. Reid was very professional on the day of our event. He helped us and the wedding party relax and have a great time. I manage a classic rock band and hired Reid to provide a two man camera crew to video a show at the museum of flight. His rates were reasonable. The crew showed up exactly as agreed. We hired Reid to help us with some videos of our product line in use. He was highly professional. Terrific experience! Of all of the vendors that we interviewed and worked with, Reid was by far the fastest and most consistent responder - a huge advantage in the wedding planning process! Reid traveled to Oaxaca to film our wedding. He is professional, personable, easy going, and truly seems to enjoy his work, which is awesome. We are so happy that we made the decision to hire Reid to film our wedding! He put together an amazing video of our wedding highlights for in 24 hours after the end of our wedding day! It captures the day beautifully. He gave us 2 versions, a 5 min version, and a 25 min version with extended ceremony and full speeches. We also got all the raw footage.
