Robert is an excellent tuner and piano technician. My Mason & Hamlin BB is difficult to tune and Robert is able to make it hold. The octaves and unisons stay perfect for months on end. Also, Robert is able to fix the quirky annoyances that pop up here and there. I highly recommend Robert and would trust him with any repair, tuning or regulation.

I inherited an old, respectable piano and it was the first musical instrument I had owned as an adult, so I was way out of my element. Robert came over and gave about a 20 minute free estimate on what needed to be done and to determine how out of tune it was. He definitely seemed like he knew what he was doing and told me all sorts of things about the piano, including the good news that it was totally playable. About a week later, he came over and tuned it (and I was unexpectedly not available to be at home, so I left him a key under the mat, which went fine) and fixed the handful of problems to make it fully playable again for a very reasonable price. I found him via the Piano Tuners Guild (of which he is a registered member) website and he is definitely recommended by me!
