Just called this company working on a project for a Water Treatment Plant. Tried to get a quote for some shipping rates. I was hung up on 4 times and was disrespected and cursed out by both employees, one was named Wayne, that answered the phone. This company is a total joke. Do not use them.P.S. As a response to the owners comment. I called back because I was appalled by the blatant disrespect I was treated with by this company and I thought for sure it was just one employee having a bad day, hanging up on me in the middle of my sentence. I am a student at FAU but that does not mean I am not doing work on a Waste Water Treatment Plant. Why would I lie about being a student. Clearly if I lied about being a business they would have treated me differently.

Customer service is a total joke. Trying to work with the General Manager here is like asking the students to drive the short bus.
