My experience with them was beyond great. I manage a private school and we recently had our gate replaced and need the digital locks removed from the pew-existing locks from the old gates and installed them on the new gates. I called them on a Monday and they showed up the next day. They were responsive, prompt, quick and their prices were very reasonable considering the service they provided. I wish I could remember the name of the locksmith technician he was very nice and respectful. I would have given him a tip had I had Cash. I would definitely recommend this service. Best.

They proudly claim at the top of their website:We understand that being a great locksmith company means being available when it is convenient to you. This is why we are the only full service locksmith shop in the Seattle area that is open seven days a week from 9 AM- 6 PM.They are not open. EVER, like at all, any time or day of the week.I wasted my time driving there to be disappointed. They are not open *at all* at their store front. When I called them, they were rude and dismissive about it. Dont do business with someone that is disrespectful enough to their customers enough to put entirely inaccurate hours at the top of their website. (This is not a confusion about storefront vs. mobile hours, they have a separate line about when their mobile hours are.)

Anthony met me at the store and was professional and able to recommend a fix for my car keys that was not only easy but also clearly the cheapest option. He was courteous and fast. Would definitely recommend and use their services again.

The owner of Seattle Locksmith Security is a truly good guy who came out and fixed our lock issues himself after someone came out the first time but didnt end up fixing our issues.Anyone who does this nowadays deserves gratitude. He recognized the problem, made no excuses and fixed it. Amazing customer support and will be recommending him to others who need their locks changed.

I needed a copy of a car key made and was able to get in an appointment the same day I called. It was simple and seemed fairly priced. I would highly recommend calling and making an appointment first as it is not guaranteed someone will be at the shop at the time you get there.

Buyer beware - bait and switchI needed a replacement key made for a Honda. I gave them my vehicle info was told the estimate to be ~$220 on Saturday evening and when I called again on Sunday morning. The technician comes to the car on Sunday morning and tells me it is going to be more than DOUBLE the amount quoted. I should have refused service right then, but said okay with it since he was already at the location. I was charged more than $220 for the replacement key itself, then on top of that programing fee and service call fee. Very dishonest to say one number over the phone and then the actual charges be more than double that. My recommendation to anyone in this situation is to call around, get written quote, and then make a decision.

Extremely knowledgeable, prompt, friendly service. Great, clear communication. I have a car that is extremely tricky to work with, and they had no trouble creating remotes and keys for it.

I tried a couple of different car fob programming services to program spare fobs that I purchased for my 2018 ram 3500 that came with one fob. This was my third attempt to get the primary fob copied these guys had good reviews. I setup an appointment and drove into Seattle and they programmed one of the fobs I had and determined that one was bad. I now have a spare fob key. Would use these guys again.

Great fast service at a reasonable price compared to programming an electronic car key fob and ordering a new mechanical emergency key by VIN from a dealer.

These guys were great! Discovered our diagnostic software at a local repair shop wasnt able to program a vehicles key fob. Brought the vehicle by their store for help. They were very knowledgeable and prompt with the job. Definitely will be using them in the future!

Hands down the worst experience I have had with a service provider of any stripe. They were dispatched via AAA to simply make a copy of a transponder key as the one I had was physically broken. After 3 visits to my home and giving me a key that did not work they asked that I come to their store, entirely defeating the purpose of calling AAA. After an hour of waiting I was told they didnt have the chip they needed despite having been helping me for 4 days. They then, without informing me, left the store and locked my keys inside to go get the needed chips. By the time they returned I could not wait the additional quoted THIRTY MORE MINUTES for them to program the key as I had spent double the time I expected to already.This store cannot handle transponder keys. Unless you have days and hours to wait I absolutely would not reccomend using their service. Their prices dont even make up for the complete lack of ability. I would have given 0 stars if possible.

Seattle Locksmith & Security was the only place I could find to cut my high security key for my 2013 Chevy Equinox. They were quick and friendly! I will definitely go back if I ever need another key cut.

I have a Piaggio motorcycle and I was looking to get a spare key at the dealer Triumph of Seattle. They were able to sell me a remote head key but they couldnt cut the key because it is high security laser cut European style key. So I tried a few different locksmith shops and they cut my key wrong. After some research I was able to find the Seattle Locksmith Security shop and they were able to cut my key correctly and even gave me the option to program it as well!

Eric was on time and extremely polite and helpful. I had my car key in no time at all. I’ve had this done in the past but it was not quite a as efficient. Would recommend for fast and easy service with flexible hours as well. Hopefully I won’t have to use the service again anytime soon, but if I do, I know who to call!

Did not take much time and I got 2 Jeep keys in just a few minutes!They really know their stuff and gave me a great quote for my ancient VW switchblade fob. They have the laser cutter, so I know they can cut it when I’m ready.

I locked myself out of the house last week around 7pm. I called Seattle Locksmith & Security. The technician, Nicholas, was very prompt, communicated cost up front and got me back into my house very quickly.
