I called and made an appointment to get one of my gutters fixed (that MVP gutters had installed in 2018). 30 minutes before the scheduled meeting I received a call to confirm the meeting.Once the man showed up, he looked at my gutter issue, went to his van, pulled out a ladder and went up on my roof.He fixed the gutter in 5 minutes and not only explained to me what the issue was, but also asked for my cellphone to take pictures so I could see it with my own eyes.Then, he refused to take money because the issues was so small.He did, however, tell me that I would need new gutters in the next 2 years or so because the previous company had not install the gutters meticulously.I highly recommend this company. I appreciated their candor and professionalism.

Paolo and his team are top notch professionals! We inquired about gutters, roof, and window cleaning for our 4 unit townhome, and 3 stories tall. They came out next day to provide an in-person estimate and gave us a very reasonable quote for the entire building - after shopping around, they were the best price for service in the Seattle area. We were able to schedule our appointment within the next week and a half. They used proper equipment to clean the roof to keep from deterring quicker, reattached parts of the gutter that was getting loose from the building, and replaced missing pieces of our gutter that had fallen off. Paolo and his team were able to complete the entire building within a day and a half. Very friendly staff and super responsive when you have questions. After reading reviews, we hired Gutter Seattle to replace our aging gutters. Paolo came out to do the estimate and he is simply fantastic. The pricing was great and the service went above and beyond. After installation, it was clear that the new gutters were shorter than the previous ones so the old paint color showed on the fascia. Hired Paolo for new gutter install,,, First off he added $700 to my bid after he had a falling out with his employee,,, I overlooked that and had him install gutters on my home,,, They looked good, but when it rained, I noticed water dripping from behind the new gutters,,, when I looked closer, I saw that Paolo installed the gutters over my drip edge which is far from OK,,, Paolo was onsite all day for the gutter install and he was up on a ladder all day installing my gutters,,, I proceeded to request they be repaired, and Paola did send a repair team but that team did damage to my home and did not fix the issues,,, Paola then proceeded to negotiate, beg, plead, and do everything except fix the issues,,, Now we will end up in court,,,

Gutter Seattle did a great job cleaning my gutters! They quickly responded to my call (water was spilling over the gutters) and were at my house the next day. Paolo and Martin cleaned out the gutters and the downspouts which were completely clogged. They also came back to replace a piece of the gutter that was no longer functioning. Paolo first came out to clean our gutters in early 2020. It was a dreary, rainy day, but he still came out, did the job, and was just a super nice guy. Luckily, we had better weather the second go around just a few days ago. The great work is appreciated, and well continue to use Gutter Seattle.

Gutter Seattle did a down spout repair. My down spout that goes up two floors had blown off in a wind storm. Paolo explained to me that the design of the down spouts were not robust with the original design. The repair has a more robust design so they wont blow away with the future wind storms. Very nice people to work with and the repair is great. He gave me an option to get new down spouts or use the original ones. Definitely people you can count, and I would highly recommend them.

I hired Gutter Seattle to stop by my property and suggest a fix for a faulty downspout that was causing water to discharge towards my crawl space. The owner stoped by within days and quickly and professionally suggested options to reroute the water away from my foundation. We needed to have our gutters and downspouts replaced. Gutter Seattle by far had the lowest price. We appreciated working with Paolo and his installers. We asked them to remove our old gutters before we had our house painted and then install the new ones after the painting was done. They didnt charge us extra for the two trips which we appreciated. Paolo is gracious, professional and responsive all the time. From my first interaction till completion of the job, he has been very upfront on all costs and what he will do to complete the job. I think the cost is fair and he did a good job for me. He took before and after pictures so I can see what my gutters look like. I never thought they would be that clogged given there are no trees around my house! The most important thing though is his timeliness. On time for each appointment and if he will be late, he contacted me ahead of time.

Friendly and professional! We had years of moss covering our roof, and pine needles clogging our gutters. Paolo and crew took care of it all! Most importantly, they do NOT use a power washer on your roof, which can cause more damage than the moss. Will definitely hire again for our next cleaning!

They came out in the midst of a downpour to investigate what I thought was a gutter problem, but in actuality was a fault in shoddy roof construction from before we bought the house. Very happy with these guys, who are based in West Seattle. They answered the phone immediately, offered a same day appointment to provide an estimate for gutter cleaning and arrived on time. The estimate was reasonable, and then I was stunned when they said they could do it right then and there. On top of that, they estimated and then provided window cleaning service, roof cleaning and moss treatment. All for a very reasonable price, done in less than 2 hours. They went the extra mile on minor repairs and caulking, did not try to upsell me, and even refused to do some work (cleaning storm windows) that they thought I would be unhappy with the results. Very fast, came to clean gutters same day. We had a particularly clogged problem area that we needed fixing. I will update this review after spring is over based on performance (they did mention gutters being undersized for the pitch of roof, so I will take this into account).
