As a real estate broker, Rainier Title has been my go-to title and escrow company for years. I value their responsiveness, customer support, professionalism, and willingness to think outside the box when needed.

Your company sent the inheritance check my co executrix and I were supposed to split with another heir to her attorney. She and her attorney are refusing to release my share. I was under the belief from Rainier title that I would receive my portion. I even gave them a deposit slip. There is no legal reason for them to hold it. Her attorney just responds that she is not available. Rainier just took someones word that I was refusing to set up an account which was a lie!@

Everything went smoothly with the purchase of my home except for one major issue. I closed July 2nd and in my agreement I was to pay around $2,000 in credit card balances. That $2,000 was included in my closing costs. I received about 15 checks made out to all of these companies that I was to pay. Ranging between $8-$300. The companies would not accept these as payments due to the way they were made out. I contacted rainier and was told the closing officer would call me. No response for a week so I decided to call again. The lady had an attitude and told me my mortgage company is who I would talk to. It’s been 4 months and the checks are expired and nothing is getting done. The finger keeps being pointed back and forth and I’m over it. Would be 1 star if they didn’t close so quickly for me. Will update once everything is resolved. But as of now I paid an additional $2,000 for nothing and I closed 4 months ago.

I can’t say enough good things about Rainier! Specifically Michelle Moore and her team, and Mike Lee. I just finished up another transaction with another company that shall remain namesless and it was like night and day! This company never returned call or emails to myself, my clients, or the lender, no one ever had any clue what was going on! It made me appreciate Rainier THAT much more knowing that I rarely even have to ask the status since they are always keeping everyone in the loop. Not only are they always on top of their game but they are super friendly and accommodating as well. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I needed some last minute tax info from a previous transaction. The staff at Rainier Title was extremely helpful, knew exactly what I was talking about and sent it over immediately. They are true professionals.
