The elevator in my apartment has been out of service for over a month now. Eltec has done next to nothing to repair the elevator. Having lived in other apartment complexes in the Seattle/Tacoma area, this is not my first encounter with Eltecs inability to perform their services as advertised.I never thought I would have to write a bad review about an elevator service company...but here we are. Eltec is just that bad.

I use them to maintain my property elevator. Always quick to respond with requests along with emergency calls. Highly recommended for elevator services.

Payl the dispatcher is such a pleasure to work with. Her customer service experience is on another level. Anytime I have a question she has the answer. Also the technicians do a fabulous job keeping our buildings elevators well maintained. Thank you Eltec and Payl for keeping us happy!

As an employee of this business I would like to say the owners of this company are some of the most honest and caring individuals I have ever worked for. I have been in the work force over 40 years and have never experienced the genuine respect and inclusiveness I feel working at Eltec. They take care of their people and truly want to do the best they can for their customers and employees.

I have lived in my building 3 years. We have 5 elevators in the building. The 4 main and one for garage. I live in the park side of the building, next to 2 of the main elevators. When one elevator goes down it really makes a difference in wait times. Sometimes wait 5 minutes standing in the garage waiting for the one working elevator to come down. Should be one or two. When it arrives we are worried if it is going to stop working too it has become so squeaky and noisy. I hear it all day and night now through the wall. It has gotten worse recently. We have had only one elevator for months!!!Management keeps telling us the elevator company has parts in order. For weeks and weeks! Then the elevator gets worked on and repaired. Worked for two days and the other one went down. Going on months now! Due to power failure? Parts arrived for that and still not fixed?This has been ongoing since I’ve priced here. Weeks and weeks at a time.Really really poor customer satisfaction here and I want to share with as many of my friends and business colleagues as possible to avoid using your third rate company.

As an employee of ELTEC Systems, and knowing the owner for 25 years I can say without a doubt that this is the best company that I have ever worked for. The owners and employees are committed to keeping their customers elevators safe, code compliant and running smoothly and the ownership has created a company that cares for their employees.

Our elevator breaks down at least three times a year and our elevator makes our job less stressful. So of course when its down its not cool, especially when its down for days, weeks, even months. So please think twice, do your research, be aware and respect your money. Stay Blessed.

When Eltech took over our service contract we finally started to see our service man, and the long standing issues we had with cars going down we’re all resolved within a couple of weeks.We are sooo impressed!
