Love them! The shop, Mary Jane in Kirkland, recommended the Vuber Pulse for my use. It has worked flawlessly the entire time I used it. Very easy to use.I did end up having an issue more than year later. I went online and filled out Warranty Form and got a new one in the mail within 2 weeks. Amazing customer service absolutely no hassle Love It!!! (PS Check your spam email for Warranty response :)

I enjoy their products, and the price is reasonable. My main gripe is with their chargers. I have to replace them every few months because they are poorly designed. The charger ends up stuck inside the pen and then rips the wire out when removing. It is pretty frustrating, and could be fixed by just upping the quality control on their charges.

Excellent customer service these guys honor their lifetime warranty as long as you provide them with the correct information. I literally needed a replacement unit and I got it in the mail the SAME DAY I told them.... now that’s customer care!!! Respectful, didn’t give me a hard time. Great team. Kudos to the owner, managers, and workers.

Bought the Pulse from a local retailer who wouldn’t accept a return after I unboxed it and it wouldn’t hold a charge. Called up the support line and the guy who designed it sent a replacement from Seattle in a few days. Wish I knew how to fix the first one so I have two! Love the design and how it lowers the voltage as you inhale to prevent burning. Would love to see a version that’s easier to charge and stand upright since the oil tends to pool on the sides if you leave it laying on its side. A contact charger base to hold it upright (like an electric toothbrush kinda) I knock it over and drop it all the time but the build quality is pretty durable so it has held up nicely. Love your products!

I have a visual impairment disability. This makes dabbing a difficult task for me. I am pretty clumsy and I knocked over my dab rig breaking the heating element. My birthday was only a couple days away and I didnt know if I was going to be able to get it fixed or get a replacement in time. I called Vuber Technologies and spoke to Ryan and he reassured me that I was covered. I went in the next morning and Ryan had a new dab rig ready to go for me. Thank you to Jeff and Ryan for the excellent customer service and great conversation about cannabis and vaporizing. I am a Vuber customer for life and very happy.

I am extremely impressed with Vuber’s customer service and warranty replacement. I’ve bought at least 10 different other brand (not Vuber) battery operated vape pens/devices. I’ve had many failed devices. None of the companies had decent warranty customer service. I ended up eating the cost on those. When I purchased my Vuber Dabber, the battery was defective. Vuber’s customer service immediately mailed me a replacement even though I could not find my receipt. I am extremely pleased with the customer service. Thank you Vuber!
